Hi Ali, Thank you for sharing this. I've added some to my 2023 list of books to read. I love how you talk and the pace. Keep uploading videos like this.
Hey Ali, I recommend Non-Violent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg. Really changed by perspective on how we interact with the world. Thanks for the videos :)
The way Hidden Time Wealth dives into the concept of productivity is mind-blowing. Hidden Time Wealth tips are pure gold, and I wish more people knew about them.
Totally agree with you on Sanderson, he's an absolutely brilliant writer. Looking forward to starting the stormlight archive. Brilliant channel Ali, love your choice of books
the mountain is you - helped me identify my behaviors and gave me actionable advice items on how to get closer to the best version of myself in a way therapy failed to help me
Last great book I read was “the comfort crisis” it gives an insight on how modern life causes a lot of problems and how you can increase fulfilment in life by adding discomfort. Great read and gave me insights to life my love with more fulfilment
Hidden Time Wealth is so unique. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it sooner. It’s amazing how life-changing this can be for anyone battling procrastination.
I'm currently ready Happier at Home by Gretchen Rubin, after loving her other book The Happiness Project. Also, I'm part way through The End of Alzheimers, the first programme to prevent and reverse the cognitive decline of dementia by Dr Dale Bredesen. As my mum and grandma both had dementia I'm eager to educate myself and avoid it at all costs.
Wow. Fantastic choices Ali. I am going to check out most of these. Scorecard marketing drew my attention the most. Thanks for sharing these gems with us!
Very interesting presentation about 15 books. It motivates me very much to read more about different topics, to make habit of reading every day, to learn about different perspectives and topics. Thank you for these recomendations and explanations of them.
The book that I find myself recommending the most is No Self, No Problem: How Neuropsychology Is Catching Up to Buddhism by Chris Niebauer. It changed my perspective on other books like The power of now, because it explains the why. Hope this helps. If anyone reads it let me know. Thanks

I have never heard of "The 3 Alarms," "The Art and Business of Online Writing," and "The Luck Factor." However, I am excited about all three of those. They are instantly being put on my "2024 to-be read" list.
Hey Ali i love your content. You have become my inspiration in reading self help books and being able to be productive in my work life. Thank You continue with the great job.
For someone like me, who is 20 years old and was feeling a bit stuck when it came to dealing with how to manage daily tasks in my life in order to achieve something big in the future, I recently rediscovered my passion for reading. It all started with a book called "Atomic Habits." This is a practical book for creating good habits and destroying bad ones. I've already read some books on the same subject, but this one, I can truly say, has changed everything about the way I approach my daily life. Over the last 2 months, it has made everything "habit-based" and easier to do. Definitely recommend it.
Yessssss, Ali...I wanted to recommend you "The 7 Habits" book for so long because I knew that you hadn't read it yet. I could tell. All these years you've always talked about all these other self help books that had changed your life and was wondering why this particular classic was never mentioned. Now, I know! - it's cos u had never read it that's why. Not surprised that this book is your favourite....its one of the only books out there that talk about self development/ self mastery as the key to productivity. Well, glad you finally got there, mate! P.S. 1. I recommend "the 8th habit" by Mr. covey as well, because it talks about business, teamwork and something far greater which I know will blow you away even more- it's right up your street. 2. By the way: I only own 3 self help books: the 7 habits, the 8th habit and one more book called "The Happiness Equation" by Neil Pasricha.....Listen, too many self help books get you confused on what you really need. You'll forget what you came for. But these 3 tie in very nicely with each other. I wouldn't look anywhere else if I were you. Trust me.

He makes this same point about equating our careers with our identity. But his best talk/book so far is definitely “Why you will marry the wrong person” it’s very clever with dry humor.
If I would recommend one book to other people, it would definitely be 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Very practical across individuals, families and organizations.
