I know it's not intentional but... can you make an effort to include books by female writers in your videos? The benefits of diverse perspectives to the viewers and hopefully your own enrichment are well studied and reported. Thanks for including female voices in the podcast (although more diversity is always welcome), they are just rarely if ever represented in these book summaries.
I know this pays the bills, but those supplements for the brain are just snake oil. We shouldn't have to take supplements if it's not recommended by an MD.
book recommendation: The Holy Quran
@@rachelle9588 Yeah I agree.
Hello 🤗 I really appreciate your videos every day........ I hope you gave me one of your favorite books 📚😂 thats my wish for Christmas ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thanks for your honesty, Artus.

2022 isn’t over yet✨
The best part of all of these books is they all are timeless epics. So it's okay to be late than never 🙂
I've read The Power of now by Eckhart Tolle and was blown aways by this masterpiece. Its an incredibly packed book with so many things to learn that when you finished it, you can start again and it wont be boring!
This book literally changed my life…
Yes 😊
Always dropping Gems! 💎 I have so many books to read 2023 now! EXCITINGGGG 🎉 Keep dropping value for us all!
Wow. Fantastic choices Ali. I am going to check out most of these. Scorecard marketing drew my attention the most. Thanks for sharing these gems with us!
Totally agree with you on Sanderson, he's an absolutely brilliant writer. Looking forward to starting the stormlight archive.
Brilliant channel Ali, love your choice of books
Hey Ali i love your content. You have become my inspiration in reading self help books and being able to be productive in my work life. Thank You continue with the great job.
Hey Ali
Every time you have book reviews like this I get excited cause there's always something I pick up. Someday is Today is in my cart right now
Your book recommendations are awesome! As if I picked the topics myself... Have read several of books from your recommended lists and was delighted. Keep it up! ❤
Hey Ali, I recommend Non-Violent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg. Really changed by perspective on how we interact with the world. Thanks for the videos :)
That's the content what I really wanted from u in 2022.
Thanks so much Ali
Thanks for your recommendations. I'm picking up The art and business of online writing. I was looking for this exact thing.
Same here - email newsletters and youtube channel! Defo starting in the deep end
Just discovered your channel. Perfect timing as getting back to reading is one of my main goals in 2023!
yeeeh!! many books added to booklist!!! 🔥❤️
And also excited for your book to read ❤️😊
Always grateful with you, my dear. Thanks for all this.
I’m currently reading How to be Everything by Emilie Wapnick. It’s for people who can’t see themselves doing one thing for the rest of their lives. I’m really enjoying it so far because it feels so validating.
Yup that's me 🙋♀️ thanks for the recommendation!
I was looking for something exactly like this
If you haven't read any of them, you can start now! Don't feel left behind. What you do now is what matters.
Thanks Ali for sharing and commenting on all these books. You're awesome.
Some great recommendations! Appreciate these book videos, thanks man 🙌🏼
The pathless path sounds like just what I need🧘♀️
Hi Ali WE ARE always your followerS. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR VIDEOS, and SHARING NEW EXPERIENCES. 🎉
I was waiting for this for quite some time. Definitely gonna read some of these
I’m catching up with all of Sanderson’s books and they’re all 🤯 Elantris, Warbreaker, Mistborn series 1, The Emperor’s Soul
Fantastic content as usual. Thanks for sharing your recommendations. They are on my reading list for 2023.
Have always been looking forward to your book recommendations!
thanks :)
Just ordered Someday is Today, 7 habits and also threw in Atomic Habits. I need to get rid of my procrastination problem! 2023 is the year for success!
I love these book recommendations. I would really like the books to be listed below. Thank you for this video.
Spectacular video, Ali. You did it again!
currently reading the 7 habits of highly effective teens by sean covey which im assuming is extremely similar to his dads book 7 habits of highy effective people but i really like this book and recommend it to anyone in their adolescense years
I recommend Sovereignty by Ryan Michler. It’s a great book about taking control and sovereignty over your life similar to the idea of stoicism (which btw Idk if you’ve read meditations by Marcus Aurelius but that’s a must).
Love to see the Brandon Sanderson love on the channel. Are you rereading those in preparation for storm light 5? Did you back the 4 secret projects kicker as well for those novels coming out next year?
I also loved Storyworthy, so I’m looking forward to read another book by Matthew Dicks
Adding these to my list as I listen. Great recommendations as usual.
Do you have recommendations on where to buy these books - audio books or tangible, either or
Loved 7 habits of highly effective people, recommend the Compound Effect, the 5 Love languages and Ikigai
Hiding book titles in thumbnail is brilliant Ali! And book recommendations are good!
The book that I find myself recommending the most is No Self, No Problem: How Neuropsychology Is Catching Up to Buddhism by Chris Niebauer. It changed my perspective on other books like The power of now, because it explains the why. Hope this helps. If anyone reads it let me know. Thanks
One of my favorites and so interesting!!
Great energy, Ali! I think I'll read "what we owe the future"
Big Magic is one of my favorite books about creativity. And the Body Keeps the Score is the best health-focused book.
Both really great!!
Love your book series!
Thank you coach ❤️💯🌍. You are truly an inspiration to me. Watching from Nigeria 🇳🇬💯❤️
Thank you for the suggestions 🙂
I read “Atomic Habits” months ago because of your channel and it was LIFE CHANGING! Thank you
Honestly these videos are always so good!
How to Change by Katy Milkman is like reading every book and study about changing our habits and having it all sorted and condensed into one easy to read book.
Thanks for sharing!
❤️❤️ always loved your content keep going 🎉
Thank you! I needed this video.
Very interesting presentation about 15 books. It motivates me very much to read more about different topics, to make habit of reading every day, to learn about different perspectives and topics. Thank you for these recomendations and explanations of them.
Sneaky Ali just changed the video title, had me confused for a moment haha
Such great recommendations. Definitely will be reading The Art & Business of Online Writing.
YES BRO IM CONFUSE TO CHOOSE THE BEST SKILL AND START DOING ANY WORK
Started to read book 1, thx Ali!
the mountain is you - helped me identify my behaviors and gave me actionable advice items on how to get closer to the best version of myself in a way therapy failed to help me
Thank you, Ali. As usual after watching your review I have bought 2 books to read. Great!
My first foray with Brandon Sanderson (and the fantasy genre!) was actually the Stormlight Archive. This series consumed me so much, I only read Mistborn after finishing Rhythm of War because I wanted more from Sanderson.
I'm only halfway through The Well of Ascension but I must say, I still kinda like Stormlight more than the Final Empire. But I'm still looking forward to finishing Mistborn; I've heard great things about it including the Wax and Wayne series :)
Would love to know more about how you fit consuming books into your routine
Thanks for the recommendations❤
Given the things you do it's astonishing that you've managed to read so many books in 2022. Happy Reading for 2023!
Very helpful list. 💟
love how u update the video name get that set UP FOR 2024 !!!
Great summaries of these books, I really need to try out "the pathless path" starting my RUclips channel and all!
Thanks for sharing! You helped inspire my friend and I who finished grad school and now work as engineers in tech start our own podcast. For books, I'd recommend Ray Dalio's Changing World Order.
I feel like this video leveled-up my understanding of books.
Personally, I'm burnt out on self help books. In 2023, I'm diving into more classics literature, and popular contemporary novels. The only "self-help" book I see myself reading in 2023 is David Goggins new book.
Thank you so much for all your content! You do the work so I don't have to! This year I also read "The Way of Integrity" by Martha Beck, "Essentialism" by Greg McKeown and "Good Inside" by Becky Kennedy for any parents out there...
I always click super fast on your book review uploads. Thanks bro
Really liked the 7 habits esp the latest edition that contains his son's perspective on each habit
I love that Sando has so many in your pile 🥰
You definitely need to read Being Mortal by Atul Gawande. It really did change the way I've looked at my patients and how to care for them
The book that I really enjoy reading in 2023.
Essentialism.
It has really help me to define My priority.
I've listened to Sapiens probably 10x. I love this book!
Thanks for this advice.
Thank you for suggesting, 'The Art of Business of Online Writing'! Amazing book, loved it.This book is a game-changer for anyone looking to navigate the dynamic world of online writing. The author provides invaluable insights into crafting compelling content, building a personal brand, and monetizing your writing skills.
I loved your feedback on these books. It was great reminder on how much happiness we can gain from reading healthy and inspiring books to our minds and hearts.
Definitely - working hard on your health not just your job pays you back
ahhhhh i love ur book review videos we need more!!!
thanks, excellent video and recommendations.
So grateful for you Mr Abdaal
I had no idea that book 7 of the mist born series was out. Thank you for this 🙏🏼
Last great book I read was “the comfort crisis” it gives an insight on how modern life causes a lot of problems and how you can increase fulfilment in life by adding discomfort. Great read and gave me insights to life my love with more fulfilment
Great list! Something new outside of Atomic Habits etc
I’m new subscriber so I don’t know if you have ever mentioned this modern day philosopher/psych guy, but your first recommendation reminds me of Alain de Boton. He makes this same point about equating our careers with our identity. But his best talk/book so far is definitely “Why you will marry the wrong person” it’s very clever with dry humor.
I love all your videos but I LIVE for this video
I recommend reading the below 3 books and your thoughts
1.Untethered Soul
2.Range Why Generalist triumph in specialised world
3.lessons in chemistry
Yessssss, Ali...I wanted to recommend you "The 7 Habits" book for so long because I knew that you hadn't read it yet. I could tell. All these years you've always talked about all these other self help books that had changed your life and was wondering why this particular classic was never mentioned. Now, I know! - it's cos u had never read it that's why. Not surprised that this book is your favourite....its one of the only books out there that talk about self development/ self mastery as the key to productivity. Well, glad you finally got there, mate!
P.S. 1. I recommend "the 8th habit" by Mr. covey as well, because it talks about business, teamwork and something far greater which I know will blow you away even more- it's right up your street.
2. By the way: I only own 3 self help books: the 7 habits, the 8th habit and one more book called "The Happiness Equation" by Neil Pasricha.....Listen, too many self help books get you confused on what you really need. You'll forget what you came for. But these 3 tie in very nicely with each other. I wouldn't look anywhere else if I were you. Trust me.
Hey can you suggest me books to improve focus or concentration
The ones I mentioned by Stephen Covey. Also Ali himself has launched new book called Feel-Good Productivity hats coming out soon. Sorry for the late reply.@@yugen467O
Yes.. I dont know why people say this book is overrated. It is famous just beacuse of its practical advices and his writing style. This was my first book ever and this book literally made me delve into the book industry and explore more about self help genre. And now I am here as a book lover. People also say that its common, we know about it. But those people who say it are the ones who never implemented them. Also thanks for the suggestion "Happiness equation'
@@yugen467OLook for spiritual books..
Best Book Video so far. I think every book sounds really interesting :D
If I would recommend one book to other people, it would definitely be 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Very practical across individuals, families and organizations.
Can’t wait to dig into these
please do more video like this, this is so helpful
