The return of the Wimbledon dial! I'm not a tennis fan, but I love the color green and Rolex's current generation of "dark rhodium" dials. It's not for everyone, but this Datejust 41 sizzles from where I stand. Best, Tim
How many of you know that the popularly annoying lume/bar at 9'o clock actually signifies the tennis net? Heard that from one of the local ADs in the past. This is one of the terrific timepieces - pure classic and sporty all at the same time.. Personal preference - jubilee bracelet with a smooth bezel...
Awesome informative video but extremely annoying how I can't see the dial at night with their other video preview windows blocking the damn image! 🤦♂️
Mine too! It's like Tim has been reading our minds @Ahmed Helmi... I've been obsessing about this piece the past month or so. I just wish it to be 39mm instead of 41mm as my wrist is less than 6 1/2 inches and usually anything above 40mm looks a bit out of place. With the jubilee though, it's something I could pull off. Keep it coming @Tim. Always looking forward to your reviews!
Tim you need to pick up a pair of calipers. The entire Datejust 41 line is nowhere near 41 mm in diameter. Measure it and you will see that it is roughly 39.5 mm. Don't fall for Rolex marketing...
Hi this video is several years old and the watch sold long ago. We don't have any Wimbledon Dial 126334's in stock right now, but new watches are posted every day and you can find up to date inventory here: www.thewatchbox.com/search/?q=126334&lang=en_US
Nice classics with modern case size..... I'm eyeing on the 116300..... non fluted bezel. Great review Tim but ur channel is so posion,,, I keep wanting to purchase more watches.
It has that effect, doesn't it? All things considered, I'm amazed that I've been able to do this for 4+ years without draining my bank account in the process. Great choice of the 116300, by the way! Best, Tim
After getting taken for a ride with another jewelry store, I was finally able to place a legitimate order for this watch today through Mayors. Went for the two tone with the fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet.. 2-4 month wait list.
This one has been around for a few years - almost a decade - on the Datejust 2 and Datejust 41. The combo of colors and numerals came back on the new model because it has a fanbase. And there are many other DJ41 options for those who think this dial is ugly. Best, Tim
@@martinpriestley4168 Worthless to you maybe, but some people agree with me. I was simply giving my opinion. Plus it was just a typo sorry I'm not God.

Hi Tim, I'd like to hear your opinion on the new OP39 Black Dial vs. the Explorer.
I picked up my Wimbledon yesterday, I’m beyond happy and cant believe I finally have it
This is an amazing watch and highly underrated at the moment.
Its definitely slept on no doubt about that!

I love this watch, didn't realize the clasp also allows for micro-adjustments, love it even more now.

One of the most beautiful DJs 41 right now. No doubt.
This one is next on my list!! I just got a Daytona for my 40th birthday!!
Just about as much green I like to see. So gorgeous!!
Incredible review. You covered far far far more than I could've hoped for.
Excellent time piece and review, very impressive.
Does anybody know if this dial is available on the 36 mm??
Yes, it is. www.rolex.com/watches/datejust/m126200-0018.html
Ah I love the Wimbledon dial.
Very tempted to trade in my two tone DJ 2 green numerals for this variation. Love the jubilee. Will jubilee on DJ 41 work on DJ2?
What is the weight of the watch
Awesome informative video but extremely annoying how I can't see the dial at night with their other video preview windows blocking the damn image! 🤦♂️
My favorite dj...period
It's a strong and distinctive style; the "Wimbledon" is one of Rolex's most recognized and forceful dial arrangements.

Tim

How beautiful it is
this is not 126234?
I’m not a stone guy. But who knows, maybe an emerald in lieu of lime at 9 o’clock might not be bad...
What's with the single baton? It looks awful and unbalanced with the Roman numerals next to it
slate dial works best with 126333 with jubilee bracelet
Not a bad combo!
Thanks for watching!
- WatchBox Team
Unfortunately i don’t like the roman numbers. That makes the dial so crowded..
Stunning 😍😍😍
Thank you kindly

Awsome watch
I like that watch ❤
If the rolex is collecting dust i can wear it for you😜
Not trying to hate but you need to get a wrist model with less arm hair. Its getting in the way of the bezel bro
is this a luxury watch and how long does it have batteries?
It don't look right in Roman numerals

A jingly jangly jubilee
Disguesting green numerals and then 9 o clock lumed marker. Wtf is going on here
