That actually looks good and I will be making me some. I came on this because my ex coworker gave me a recipe for biscuits cheese and ground beef. I made it one time and it was so good but I forgot the recipe so I came here to see if I can find a substitute and your video hit the spot. Your biscuits looks so good.
I would have used spray butter for the pan and all you had to do was put it back in the oven and let it bake some More and would have turned out fine when you're using biscuits it's better to use spray butter or olive oil spray
