I will say this! I think being afraid to ask for help might be rooted in how you see people who ask for help. Like, how do you ACTUALLY see them? Do you respect them less? Do you pity them? Like, sometimes there are resentments and superiority complexes hiding in disguise of what you can't give yourself. Ego!
