Even then there's potential for more when lv 100 is one arm front level half pullup. Gotta get that full ROM for lv 120 bro. Then add 5 kg of ankle weights for lv 140.

@@bertrame8114 Actually I think getting the one arm front lever half pullup is quite a bit harder than getting a 1 finger deadhang. Then just combine them, which doesn't make the pull that much harder.

@David P Facs. I can do one finger pull up (with - 4kg) and it is almost the same difficulty as normal OAP, but it hurts ur fingers.

When you just want to train skills without worrying about bodybuilding and you got upper body muscles and jealous losers starting hating your legs and saying that's not impressive..
Even if somebody train legs his legs can look skinny because in shorts you can see only calves..
Look at eryc ortiz.. He train legs and in videos they looks skinny

Took me nearly 1.5 years to get to level 17. Seems like this is a lifelong journey, though I'm going to hit 30s soon.
I am 35 years.learnt hi pullups. stradle planche, v sit,.... will start front lever training soon.

What’s weird for me is I’m able to perform every single calisthenics move except the handstand and human flag and also the hefesto. I don’t practice them at all to be fair I just thought since I’m able to do a planche/front lever I’d be able to perform those.

@@LiveaLongLife bc you need to train more things that pull ups don't train to be able to do things like back lever pull ups. And just with normal pull ups, for example, you won't be able to do muscle ups. At least you need to add weight (and actually adding weight is for me, the best way).
@@EzzeSoy i think you're right or no at all, the person who said level 8 can build strength for all isn't wrong at all, for me it doesn't matter of weight added or no, because i can do my very first muscle up ( but kipping ), just with my pull up and dip, and others are techniques, *pull up can build strength for all* read carefully. I mean it's like the domino effect, i think you know this clear than anyone else that doing pull up doesn't mean you can do back lever pull up that's very right, but in order to do that you need to train pull up just for build the necessary strength to train back lever pull up or other pulling skills. In short pull up is the greatest exercise for you if you want to reach greater height. I hope you're safe and keep going on your path.
