Finally! The best story of all time! It’s my first comic book that I ever purchased ever since then I read more comic books! Alex Ross is the best artist out there! When I see a painting of his it’s like seeing Characters coming out to life, and I really love this story especially Superman a more darker Superman and Batman was great! Even the side characters was amazing! I hope one day they made a movie out of this! I hope you guys do Justice by Alex Ross or The world greatest super heroes by Alex Ross. Haha and sorry I couldn’t make it on live, I’m always at work when you guys are on live
Thank you so much for showing us support and still watching our stream even though you can't make it to the live show. I'm surprised they haven't made a movie of this wonderful story yet. Not to worry because Justice is on the map for next year and we also have to do World's Greatest. Super Heroes.
A while after Kingdom Come had been released Wizard Magazine did a special Alex Ross magazine that presented all the easter eggs from all his works including Marvels and Kingdom Come I should send it to you guys because it is packed full of information I never knew about. I saw Kingdom Come in a new light afterwards. Something would be curious to hear opinions about is books that feature analogues of characters/teams. Like Irredeemible/Supreme(Superman). Astro City's-The Samaritan(also Superman)/ The First Family(Fantastic Four)/Winged Victory(Wonder Woman), Supreme Power(Justice League). I was just thinking of how common similar characters get recycled in stories. Like how Warren Ellis did it in Planetary and Authority. When you can't use mainline characters from the big 2 you just create your own to do what you please with them.
Green Lantern was Alan Scott because DC wanted Alex Ross to use Kyle Raynor but he refused since he considered Kyle to be everything wrong with modern comics at the time. So since Hal was off the table he got to use Alan.
First ORNR I think I’ve watched where the NR’s weren’t like “What is this dated crap Omar?”. Nice to see this one holds up, definitely remember it fondly from back when the issues came out.
Bought this last week and it's such an awesome book for a new comic book fan like me! Love the content everybody and let's look forward to the future of 2021 :)
This is basically what The Last Jedi isn't. Wonder Woman visits an exiled Superman on his island; tells him that the world is in peril and needs his help and he rises to the challenge. Rey visits an exiled Luke on an island; tells him the Galaxy's in peril; tells her to go away.

Near Mint Condition lol and I’ll try to make it on live next time

I remember that wizard book coming out, I just never read it. I think Ellis really perfected those characters in Planetary.

I really liked the design of the Green Lantern armor. I would have loved to have seen the design of Kyle by Alex Ross.
Hey all sorry I missed this live!
You were missed and hopefully we will see you on the next Live show on Tuesday December 4th at 8pm EST.
First ORNR I think I’ve watched where the NR’s weren’t like “What is this dated crap Omar?”. Nice to see this one holds up, definitely remember it fondly from back when the issues came out.
Well, this is 90s!! Let's take them back to the 70s and 80s.
It took me almost 24 hours but I watched it all! Great show. I shall stay minty!
24 hours with us...I think we may have over stayed our welcome. :) Thank you for sticking it out, though.
Amazing story. Great episode. Hilarious thumbnail. ;)
Thank you so much for noticing the thumbnail. :)

"We were in mortal fear of BILLY BATSON?!"
Great video gang, Kingdom Come is a great book to come back to, you always find something new to appreciate with each read.
So many Easter eggs, Gio!!!
I’d love a Chew episode!
Duly noted! And I happen to love that series, Jake.
Sugar and Spike are in this too.
I didn't notice this easter egg.
I think Gem Mint has that coined already, but whatever, thx for another great show and stay well.
We have a copyright lawyer among us. Nothing but a little copyright patent that needs to happen... ;) And money. Thank you for watching.
GREAT CHOICE!!!
Felipe Sarmiento thank you for watching and it was a blast to talk about it.
How could you leave out “Hunter Killer” from Mark Waid list. I mean, it had pretty nice art.
Damn, you are right, I always forget that book. I wish a nice fat HC would come out.
I liked it, but i think the hype ruined the experience, for me.
Maybe, if i read it the second time, i'll enjoy it more.
Mladen Kulic I say give it another read in a while. I think sometimes hype ruins so much.

That's a really great analogy. But I enjoyed Kingdom Come so much more than Last Jedi.
