Heres all the ingredients and their quantities-
Plain flour (Maida)- 3/4 cup
Wheat flour (gehu ka atta)- 1/3 cup
Powdered sugar (pisi hui shakar)- 2 tsp
Salt (namak)- Less than 1/4 tsp
cardamom powder (pisi hui elaichi)- 4
Baking powder- 1.5 tsp
Mashed banana (kuchla hua kela)- 1
Milk (dudh)- 1 cup
Ghee- 2 tsp
Water (pani)- 1 to 2 tsp

very simple and delicious recipe, i saw many videos for Banana pancakes, but nobody tells proper quantity of ingredients. They all deep fried it which i find little unhealthy due to excessive oil. but here comes a professional you tell everything in proportion plus less oil which turned out in a healthy recipe. you are master and rest are chelaas.

Totally unhappy with this recipe. I always follow you mam for cooking. I took the exact same quantities of each ingredient what you had mentioned and it turned out to be very very bitter. Maybe you have taken baking powder more or 4 cardomom is way too much for this quantity.
When your banana pancakes tastes bitter that means it's over ripen . The banana becomes bitter when over ripen. Hope this helps.
May be you used baking soda instead of baking power.. they both are different...baking soda in large quantity make things taste bitter
