It's a shame it doesn't provide the option to split the humbucking coils for a brighter single-coil sound. That's a standard feature on the Gibson LP guitars these days.

Awesome sound with the humbucking pick ups. What is the price tag on that one?
Baritone electric ukes give you less of that sharpness. If tenor is your preferred size and you like a mellower tone, try flatwounds.
