Ganon Is a boss, so that shouldn't be too far out there, up until he realizes that it's not his music. Kinda like the JP version of Wario World, where the final boss's theme gets usurped by Wario's theme.
Ganondorf is an incredibly varied fighter, but his opponent bests him by pure destructive power. It's a Thor versus Loki type of fight, Loki might use all of his illusionary tricks, but as soon as Thor strikes him with Mjöllnir the battle is over.

Fierce Deity Link stomps Ganon so hard. You forgot to mention that Link is still the hero of time, and normal adult link took him down and bested him, albeit with the help of the master sword, but take links skills and add the power of a god. Majora link is considered one of the most skilled and powerful links in the entire zelda timeline, and if you add the power of a god you get an un-killable immensely strong warrior that would tear Ganon to shreds.

The reason ganondorf's armour cannot take sword strikes is because his chest was wounded. This is shown when you try to hit his back, he takes no damage.
Well, considering we fought the wielder of the Triforce of Power and won so many times, I must say that the Fierce Deity's power is much more frightening.

You’re lacking the time it took to get to Termina, get the masks, locate the Fierce Deity Mask, find a way out of Termina and back to Hyrule, then get to Ganon. Context matters. Ganon could’ve already had the Tri-Force of Power by that time and even Zelda as the coupe happened in a single night. Revoked.

Imagine at some point in botw 2 link and zelda find the fierce deity's mask, but don't see the resemblance to link because it's weathered beyond recognition, then at the end of the game ganondorf is revived and smacks link away and is about to finish off zelda, link feels something compelling him to put on the mask, he does so and it regains it's original form as a bright light emerges from the eye's, ganondorf senses the transformation and turns a round to see fierce deity link makes his way to across the room dragging the double helix sword behind him and speaks in an ancient language before taking a battle stance with the sword and the final boss starts
They wouldn't see the resemblance to Link because not only is the hair styled like Ocarina of Time Link BOTW Link doesn't wear a hat like that in canon. (Yes the wild set does exist but that's just a cool bonus you can get.)

Fierce Deity, no question. Miyamoto himself stated that the mask contains "the collective memories of all of the residents of Termina." That does not necessarily mean everyone currently living. It's ALL the memories, of EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE. A 2017 statistic says that on RUclips alone, over 5 billion videos are watched a day, and 300 hours of content are uploaded every minute. On this site alone. Now imagine that every single memory could be uploaded, from everyone that ever existed. Now imagine having to witness it all in about 2 seconds (the time the transformation takes). If not even for physical fortitude, Fierce Deity Link wins because his brain didnt just melt at how much information he just took in, and now knows.

If we take in the fact that the Fierce Deity somehow made the spirit of Major’s Mask leave (possibly having cleansed or destroyed it), then it seems unlikely for the Fierce Deity to greatly wound or even destroy the connection between Ganon and the Triforce of Power. All the more that the Fierce Deity is someone to respect and fear.
Fierce Diety takes it 99/100 times. Ganon's only shred of a chance would be at his most powerful with the Triforce and trying to Batman the situation by setting traps and plot ways to drain FD's power. Otherwise It's a "Superman vs. Batman" situation but one where Superman has no qualms about using his Super Speed to snap Batman's neck before he can even react.
Fierce Deity flips the script. Normally, Link is the one with the wide array of tools to challenge the monstrous Ganondorf. With the mask, Ganondorf is the one who has to use the versatility of his magic, swordsmanship and transformations to challenge the power of Fierce Deity.
I appreciate that you used footage from Hyrule Warriors, I love that game and Young Link when upgraded enough can be in the form of Fierce Deity pretty much forever if you want to.
Okay, here's the thing: if Ganon keeps on losing, time and again, to just regular old Link, which he does, it would, in my opinion, be an unmitigated SLAUGHTER if he went up against Fierce Deity. Each of the segments of the Triforce have the same amount of actual potential in terms of magic, so if FD has the Triforce of Courage, which he does because it's Link wearing his mask, augmented by the fact that FD is himself already a god, it's just not even a contest.

It's pretty much canon that Fierce Deity can literally slice the fookin Moon in half. Ganondorfs Triforce of Power looking kinda weak compared to that.
Ganondorf Kinda reminds me of the werewolf conundrum; Sure, maybe he can only die if finished with the master sword, but what can you really do in retaliation when Fierce Deity turns you into hamburger? Technically, your still alive despite being torn asunder.
The moves and attacks would probably go to Fierce Deity as well. Yes Ganondorf has more variety, but FD has raw power. (Which is strange as thats Ganondorf's triforce piece) Imagine an army with dozens of bombers, fighters, ground forces, and etc. All with experience, tactics, and skill to spare. But they are up against an oponent with nukes who can tank a lot of their attacks. It wouldnt matter how much they throw at him, if the oponent can get a nuke off, its over. Majora was ment to be a god or deity as well. And you cut through him like he's nothing as FD. FD is just broken. I love him to death, but theres a reason Nintendo hasnt brought him back. They have no idea how to make him work.
That's basically how it happened, I think, Terminian Demise's Curse affected Terminian Link (which means no Ganondorf unfortunately) who then got the Terminian Triforce of Power instead of Courage, and was then Sealed by the Terminian Sheikah (whom FDLink took down with him, which explains why there is evidence of them but none actually around in Termina).
The mask states that the deity was from a time the moon was falling. That alone gives you enough info to how old he clearly could be. Especially if the history books only can go back about 1000 - 2000 yrs at best
Alternatively, it could also be from the time the gamd takes place, which would make more sense considering Fierce Deities are only forms of Devas and Boddhisatvas.
I know I'm brining up another video of yours. But I had a thought, that if The Fierce Diety is the Link of Termina, that would mean he'd have to have a version of the Master Sword. What if the Double Helix Sword is his Master Sword? After all they have similar abilities.

Well, whichever you choose, know how to properly use it. No wonder Ganondorf kept failing, he was greedy for power & everything that came with it. Link however knew his stuff, he was aware of the responsibility that came with power.
I am seeing a whole lot of guesswork and verry little things you are sure of in this video. it's understandable given the nature of the mask and how mysterious it is but you have to remember that the goddesses created all the known universe in the Zelda series, and the mask was given to you by Majora to even the playing field by giving you the same amount of power as him. so it is equal in power to Majora himself and Majora could be beaten by link without any special equipment or Masters Sword while Ganon cannot be killed by anything except the Master Sword. Fire from a dragon, an entire building. Being stabbed in the face by the very thing that's supposed to kill him! only by targeting an already weak part of him with the Master Sword can you even actually "Kill" Ganon. meanwhile you can still die in fierce deity form and if I remember correctly it uses magic to shoot the discs and if you run out it cant shoot them anymore it is designed to quickly overwhelm the opponent and take them out rather than a long drawn out fight. where as Ganon almost always has a second or even third form to go through and can only be damaged by holy weapons.
Alright, bear with me. So, we all know there are various timelines.... let's say this: In the youth timeline with link winning, he wanders into the bubble universe of majora's mask. He does everything he's gotta do, like the hero he is, unless you ask majora, and in the end, is only left with the fierce deity mask, which is said to be darker that majora's as well. Everybody is happy and forgets alllll about link. He wanders about the lost woods once more, and eventually becomes the hero's shade/stalfos in twilight princess, regretful that no one remembers him as a hero. But for him to become a stalfos, how was there a grave and body in twilight princess? So what if there are other time lines... Let's say, this wandering young boy, slowly being tainted by the deity mask, slowly being forgotten by everyone around, goes back in time once more, leaving a future him to wander, and a past him, who let's the world crumble and escapes this bubble universe, but still has the deity mask, the ocarina, and having numbed himself to the pain of watching everyone die, everyone who is in the regular hyrule as well... Let's say, in order to prevent a future where he isn't remembered as a hero, he decides to kill ganondorf a little early on. But with the darkness of the deity mask whispering, and the newfound ability to make masks of his enemies, he tries on ganon's and is consumed by the triforce of power. Remember now, link didn't have the triforce of courage when he was in the land of Termina. Perhaps stripped from him when he left the universe of the triforce. But he now has his own power, the strength of the triforce of power, and the dark influence of the deity mask. Now in his time travel, there were 2 paths. One path is him choosing to go back when his old self is in Termina, in order to make sure his past self didn't try to stop him. However this path leads to a war, from this now dark link, and ends off with him contained, punished, and banished by the twili. When this happens, perhaps the mask/ entity of ganon is banished, leaving the body of the hero, which is why there is a grave in twilight princess, and a stalfos spirit of when other link returned. The second choice is to go back further. This leads to him killing ganon early on, and can explain how he knew the young link and zelda would be in the castle window watching. With the experience and added strength, he was able to defeat the hero and zelda for their triforce parts, and yet was still stopped, in the "the hero is defeated" timeline. So yeah, I've also wanted to make a theory of link being bad. Perhaps he was the whole time, perhaps that's why he's a figure of a stalfos as a spirit, it that's why the are so many dark links, because of other timelines, or maybe ganon was good all along against injustice, etc. But this is my one so far.
Well,The Fierce Deity is currently only able to be battled after he fuses with Link in some way. So Ganondorf has to contend with a Link amplified by the power of a warrior god.Yeah,he's gonna need that Triforce piece.Maybe give him the other two as well.

The Master Sword is somewhat of a must-have when actually defeating or being rid of Ganondorf, something Young Link (and the Fierce Deity) don't have access to in Majora's Mask (though they didn't need it to kill Majora, since Majora isn't Ganon/Ganondorf). The question is whether the Fierce Deity can compare to the combined power of 6 sages, Zelda, two thirds of the Triforce, as well as adult Link with the Master Sword after years of nonstop training. We also have to consider Majora's Mask takes place right after OOT (with Young Link having returned), this is the game that splits the canonical timeline in 3 and one of the resulting paths is where Ganondorf wins, assuming that Fierce Deity would be fighting this same incarnation of Ganondorf/Ganon (a younger and more powerful version of him I might add, he was to strong for anyone to take him on during Young Link's time), he might stand less of a chance. Adding to all of this, with the Master Sword being the blade of evil's bane (for Ganondorf at least), and with the Fierce Deity seeming to have a similar style of connection to Majora (it just seems that Fierce Deity and Majora are somehow intertwined and the Fierce Deity is the opposite of Majora, the way to kill it), it begs the question whether Fierce Deity's near equal status to the Master Sword translates into enough power to kill Ganondorf, because if not it is almost certain Ganon can win against him despite his strengths since its one of the canonical endings in OOT. We simply don't know enough about Fierce Deity to know his true power and strengths since he is only in one game and for a brief time. If Majora's Mask is played differently you not only do not get the Fierce Deity mask but do not need it to kill Majora, such power is required to kill Ganondorf though and even Ganondorf may still win.
@Fabrício Levi Yes, but a dark god or a god of vengeance is not necessarily holy, but even this is conflating terms. If anything "holy" was all that it took to defeat Ganon, then the sages should have been able to do so every time without Link's intervention. The fact is, Ganon can only be defeated by the Blade of Evil's Bane, the Master Sword, with the assistance of Light Arrows (a construct of the power of the Triforce of Wisdom via Zelda) or the Silver Arrows (a construct of the most powerful magical being in the Dark World, the Fairy Queen). I know the Fierce Deity is popular, but lorewise, I just don't see it being able to defeat the Triforce of Power wielder Ganon on power alone. That breaks the lore of Zelda, where the Triforce of Power is the personification of the goddesses's power.

My take: The master sword gives the weilder the supernatural ability to vanquish evil and powerful foes. Being a God (or demi-god) Fierce Deity would have that ability naturally. While the Hero of borrows power from the triforce of courage to defeat Ganon -- The Fierce Diety's markings indicate that he naturally already has the power of the triforce inherently (or the 4th tetraforce depending on your own fanon theories). Side note that Fierce Deity is like 14 feet tall when you're walking around MM with the mask on throughout Termina. Using that as a reference, he is seemingly FAR bigger and stronger, although since he puts Majora down with trivial effort, there is no way to actually know how strong FD really is. Fan favoriting here: but FD would annihilate Ganon just as easily as he did Majora. If you draw similiarities of Bhuddist likeness of FD to the Fierce/Wrathful Deities in religion -- its even more clear that he has the power to eliminate Ganon. $0.02c
Well it also depends on which form of FD you mean. cause there's the actual fierce deity, and just child link (hero of time) but used the mask to have FD's body and powers, cause there might he a difference between which version is fighting ganon due to the actual FD most likely having more knowledge of his power than link. Not to mention the masks don't transfer 100% of the souls ability to the wearer. Due to the original forms doing things link couldn't with their masks. And the light discs require magic for FD link, so maybe the actual FD did not need magic. And these things would effect the battle massively depending on which form of FD most likely

Even in Majoras Mask, it CLEARLY stated that the mask contained “dark magic”. So please, pay attention (readers and viewers) as context matters. A fully Powered, unbotched resurrection, Ganon would be incapable of actual death via Fierce Deity. Light Arrows and (depending when in the timeline you’re following as many things were retconned) so is the Master Sword. Don’t pick and choose which aspect of lore you want to follow.

TBH I dont get the armour argument kupo, I do believe OoT and TP Ganondorf's armour is made of dark steel. He is a king, he wouldnt get satisfied with a cheap armor, he can very easily afford the best the Gerudos can craft, and I dont understand why you say the way he reacts to sword slashes shows its not plate armour kupo 🤔
True. But he can be defeated fairly quickly with the Big Goron Knife/Sword which is probably far weaker then the Fierce Deity Sword. Since the Fierce Deity Sward wipes out bosses in 3 hits. And I believe Ganondorf chose to use hardened leather because it was lighter and remember. He was extremely prideful. Once he got the Triforce of Power he was basically immortal. He didn't think he could be defeated by a sword and thus focused on speed and raw power. And few incarnations that have human forms fought Link already. TP Ganondorf was quartered and executed without meeting Link, and in WW he May have armor under his robe.
Not necessarily as while money wasn't a problem for him, he needs to be mobile and it's hard to get stylish armor and (if he's wise) he'd use the resources that would get him pointless armour [due to his immense power+triforce] to instead get the gerudo more weapons or armour. Besides as seen in MM, FD's Sword Beams don't care about armor, as it seems to pass straight through the actual mask to hit Majora's essence in Majora's Mask

The Fierce Deity would beat Gannon in under a minute. Sealing him might require the master sword so I think Ganon would have to be completely obliterated so he can't survive like in Twilight Princess. The magic milk would make this easy.

Fierce Deity Link stomps Ganon so hard. You forgot to mention that Link is still the hero of time, and normal adult link took him down and bested him, albeit with the help of the master sword, but take links skills and add the power of a god. Majora link is considered one of the most skilled and powerful links in the entire zelda timeline, and if you add the power of a god you get an un-killable immensely strong warrior that would tear Ganon to shreds.
The help of the Master Sword, Light Arrows, and the power of several Sages. FD doesnt have the means by which Link beat Ganon.
It’s simple, he’s a god, just like din, Nayru and Faroe, therefore he and his weapon are holy.

The reason ganondorf's armour cannot take sword strikes is because his chest was wounded. This is shown when you try to hit his back, he takes no damage.

Imagine at some point in botw 2 link and zelda find the fierce deity's mask, but don't see the resemblance to link because it's weathered beyond recognition, then at the end of the game ganondorf is revived and smacks link away and is about to finish off zelda, link feels something compelling him to put on the mask, he does so and it regains it's original form as a bright light emerges from the eye's, ganondorf senses the transformation and turns a round to see fierce deity link makes his way to across the room dragging the double helix sword behind him and speaks in an ancient language before taking a battle stance with the sword and the final boss starts

God-“like” doesn’t make you a “God”. It means you can be compared to a “God” but not quite there.
“Immortal” isn’t the same as “Indestructible” or “invincible”.
Just because the ACTUAL Fierce Deity was a Legendary Warrior doesn’t mean Child Link is/was at that time. The Masks in Majors Mask only imbue the wearer with their shape and basic abilities. It’s not a “spirit taking over” type of situation. So the Fierce Deity would be limited to the actual limitations of Child Link and it’s doubtful that Child Link would have had the knowledge of the actual spirit.
Whereas Ganon was the same version in each fight, the Links were not. Meaning, Ganon did not always battle the same Link.
For these infractions I must argue that Ganon would have the edge over Link wearing the Fierce Deity Mask.

Fierce Deity, no question. Miyamoto himself stated that the mask contains "the collective memories of all of the residents of Termina." That does not necessarily mean everyone currently living. It's ALL the memories, of EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE. A 2017 statistic says that on RUclips alone, over 5 billion videos are watched a day, and 300 hours of content are uploaded every minute. On this site alone. Now imagine that every single memory could be uploaded, from everyone that ever existed. Now imagine having to witness it all in about 2 seconds (the time the transformation takes). If not even for physical fortitude, Fierce Deity Link wins because his brain didnt just melt at how much information he just took in, and now knows.

If we take in the fact that the Fierce Deity somehow made the spirit of Major’s Mask leave (possibly having cleansed or destroyed it), then it seems unlikely for the Fierce Deity to greatly wound or even destroy the connection between Ganon and the Triforce of Power. All the more that the Fierce Deity is someone to respect and fear.
Fierce Diety takes it 99/100 times.
Ganon's only shred of a chance would be at his most powerful with the Triforce and trying to Batman the situation by setting traps and plot ways to drain FD's power.
Otherwise It's a "Superman vs. Batman" situation but one where Superman has no qualms about using his Super Speed to snap Batman's neck before he can even react.
Fierce Deity flips the script. Normally, Link is the one with the wide array of tools to challenge the monstrous Ganondorf. With the mask, Ganondorf is the one who has to use the versatility of his magic, swordsmanship and transformations to challenge the power of Fierce Deity.
I appreciate that you used footage from Hyrule Warriors, I love that game and Young Link when upgraded enough can be in the form of Fierce Deity pretty much forever if you want to.
Okay, here's the thing: if Ganon keeps on losing, time and again, to just regular old Link, which he does, it would, in my opinion, be an unmitigated SLAUGHTER if he went up against Fierce Deity. Each of the segments of the Triforce have the same amount of actual potential in terms of magic, so if FD has the Triforce of Courage, which he does because it's Link wearing his mask, augmented by the fact that FD is himself already a god, it's just not even a contest.
I would love to see someone hack FD into OoT with all of his attack power to watch Hyrule burn.

The moves and attacks would probably go to Fierce Deity as well. Yes Ganondorf has more variety, but FD has raw power. (Which is strange as thats Ganondorf's triforce piece)
Imagine an army with dozens of bombers, fighters, ground forces, and etc. All with experience, tactics, and skill to spare. But they are up against an oponent with nukes who can tank a lot of their attacks. It wouldnt matter how much they throw at him, if the oponent can get a nuke off, its over.

That's basically how it happened, I think, Terminian Demise's Curse affected Terminian Link (which means no Ganondorf unfortunately) who then got the Terminian Triforce of Power instead of Courage, and was then Sealed by the Terminian Sheikah (whom FDLink took down with him, which explains why there is evidence of them but none actually around in Termina).
Basically, Fierce Deity is DOOM Slayer version of Link.

The mask states that the deity was from a time the moon was falling. That alone gives you enough info to how old he clearly could be. Especially if the history books only can go back about 1000 - 2000 yrs at best
Alternatively, it could also be from the time the gamd takes place, which would make more sense considering Fierce Deities are only forms of Devas and Boddhisatvas.

I am seeing a whole lot of guesswork and verry little things you are sure of in this video.
it's understandable given the nature of the mask and how mysterious it is but you have to remember that the goddesses created all the known universe in the Zelda series, and the mask was given to you by Majora to even the playing field by giving you the same amount of power as him. so it is equal in power to Majora himself and Majora could be beaten by link without any special equipment or Masters Sword while Ganon cannot be killed by anything except the Master Sword. Fire from a dragon, an entire building. Being stabbed in the face by the very thing that's supposed to kill him! only by targeting an already weak part of him with the Master Sword can you even actually "Kill" Ganon. meanwhile you can still die in fierce deity form and if I remember correctly it uses magic to shoot the discs and if you run out it cant shoot them anymore it is designed to quickly overwhelm the opponent and take them out rather than a long drawn out fight. where as Ganon almost always has a second or even third form to go through and can only be damaged by holy weapons.
According to MatPat, the FD sword is two times more powerful than the master sword, so ganon would basically get wiped from existence

Alright, bear with me. So, we all know there are various timelines.... let's say this: In the youth timeline with link winning, he wanders into the bubble universe of majora's mask. He does everything he's gotta do, like the hero he is, unless you ask majora, and in the end, is only left with the fierce deity mask, which is said to be darker that majora's as well. Everybody is happy and forgets alllll about link. He wanders about the lost woods once more, and eventually becomes the hero's shade/stalfos in twilight princess, regretful that no one remembers him as a hero. But for him to become a stalfos, how was there a grave and body in twilight princess? So what if there are other time lines... Let's say, this wandering young boy, slowly being tainted by the deity mask, slowly being forgotten by everyone around, goes back in time once more, leaving a future him to wander, and a past him, who let's the world crumble and escapes this bubble universe, but still has the deity mask, the ocarina, and having numbed himself to the pain of watching everyone die, everyone who is in the regular hyrule as well... Let's say, in order to prevent a future where he isn't remembered as a hero, he decides to kill ganondorf a little early on. But with the darkness of the deity mask whispering, and the newfound ability to make masks of his enemies, he tries on ganon's and is consumed by the triforce of power. Remember now, link didn't have the triforce of courage when he was in the land of Termina. Perhaps stripped from him when he left the universe of the triforce. But he now has his own power, the strength of the triforce of power, and the dark influence of the deity mask.
Now in his time travel, there were 2 paths. One path is him choosing to go back when his old self is in Termina, in order to make sure his past self didn't try to stop him. However this path leads to a war, from this now dark link, and ends off with him contained, punished, and banished by the twili. When this happens, perhaps the mask/ entity of ganon is banished, leaving the body of the hero, which is why there is a grave in twilight princess, and a stalfos spirit of when other link returned. The second choice is to go back further. This leads to him killing ganon early on, and can explain how he knew the young link and zelda would be in the castle window watching. With the experience and added strength, he was able to defeat the hero and zelda for their triforce parts, and yet was still stopped, in the "the hero is defeated" timeline. So yeah, I've also wanted to make a theory of link being bad. Perhaps he was the whole time, perhaps that's why he's a figure of a stalfos as a spirit, it that's why the are so many dark links, because of other timelines, or maybe ganon was good all along against injustice, etc. But this is my one so far.

The Master Sword is somewhat of a must-have when actually defeating or being rid of Ganondorf, something Young Link (and the Fierce Deity) don't have access to in Majora's Mask (though they didn't need it to kill Majora, since Majora isn't Ganon/Ganondorf).
The question is whether the Fierce Deity can compare to the combined power of 6 sages, Zelda, two thirds of the Triforce, as well as adult Link with the Master Sword after years of nonstop training. We also have to consider Majora's Mask takes place right after OOT (with Young Link having returned), this is the game that splits the canonical timeline in 3 and one of the resulting paths is where Ganondorf wins, assuming that Fierce Deity would be fighting this same incarnation of Ganondorf/Ganon (a younger and more powerful version of him I might add, he was to strong for anyone to take him on during Young Link's time), he might stand less of a chance.
Adding to all of this, with the Master Sword being the blade of evil's bane (for Ganondorf at least), and with the Fierce Deity seeming to have a similar style of connection to Majora (it just seems that Fierce Deity and Majora are somehow intertwined and the Fierce Deity is the opposite of Majora, the way to kill it), it begs the question whether Fierce Deity's near equal status to the Master Sword translates into enough power to kill Ganondorf, because if not it is almost certain Ganon can win against him despite his strengths since its one of the canonical endings in OOT.
We simply don't know enough about Fierce Deity to know his true power and strengths since he is only in one game and for a brief time. If Majora's Mask is played differently you not only do not get the Fierce Deity mask but do not need it to kill Majora, such power is required to kill Ganondorf though and even Ganondorf may still win.
@Fabrício Levi Yes, but a dark god or a god of vengeance is not necessarily holy, but even this is conflating terms. If anything "holy" was all that it took to defeat Ganon, then the sages should have been able to do so every time without Link's intervention. The fact is, Ganon can only be defeated by the Blade of Evil's Bane, the Master Sword, with the assistance of Light Arrows (a construct of the power of the Triforce of Wisdom via Zelda) or the Silver Arrows (a construct of the most powerful magical being in the Dark World, the Fairy Queen).
I know the Fierce Deity is popular, but lorewise, I just don't see it being able to defeat the Triforce of Power wielder Ganon on power alone. That breaks the lore of Zelda, where the Triforce of Power is the personification of the goddesses's power.

My take: The master sword gives the weilder the supernatural ability to vanquish evil and powerful foes.
Being a God (or demi-god) Fierce Deity would have that ability naturally. While the Hero of borrows power from the triforce of courage to defeat Ganon -- The Fierce Diety's markings indicate that he naturally already has the power of the triforce inherently (or the 4th tetraforce depending on your own fanon theories).
Side note that Fierce Deity is like 14 feet tall when you're walking around MM with the mask on throughout Termina. Using that as a reference, he is seemingly FAR bigger and stronger, although since he puts Majora down with trivial effort, there is no way to actually know how strong FD really is.
Fan favoriting here: but FD would annihilate Ganon just as easily as he did Majora. If you draw similiarities of Bhuddist likeness of FD to the Fierce/Wrathful Deities in religion -- its even more clear that he has the power to eliminate Ganon.

Well it also depends on which form of FD you mean. cause there's the actual fierce deity, and just child link (hero of time) but used the mask to have FD's body and powers, cause there might he a difference between which version is fighting ganon due to the actual FD most likely having more knowledge of his power than link.
Not to mention the masks don't transfer 100% of the souls ability to the wearer. Due to the original forms doing things link couldn't with their masks.
And the light discs require magic for FD link, so maybe the actual FD did not need magic.
And these things would effect the battle massively depending on which form of FD most likely

@@gc9133 Makes sense now. It could also explain the "darkness" the mask possesses, as said in the game itself, and in Hyrule Warriors. He probably made the armor from the remains of Majora, but then was later corrupted by the immense power and darkness.

“Immortal” isn’t the same as “Indestructible” or “invincible”.
Just because the ACTUAL Fierce Deity was a Legendary Warrior doesn’t mean Child Link is/was at that time. The Masks in Majors Mask only imbue the wearer with their shape and basic abilities. It’s not a “spirit taking over” type of situation. So the Fierce Deity would be limited to the actual limitations of Child Link and it’s doubtful that Child Link would have had the knowledge of the actual spirit.
Whereas Ganon was the same version in each fight, the Links were not. Meaning, Ganon did not always battle the same Link.
For these infractions I must argue that Ganon would have the edge over Link wearing the Fierce Deity Mask.
Nowhere in ANY Fierce Deity description is his magic called “Holy” or “Light based”. Even in Majoras Mask, it CLEARLY stated that the mask contained “dark magic”. So please, pay attention (readers and viewers) as context matters.
A fully Powered, unbotched resurrection, Ganon would be incapable of actual death via Fierce Deity. Light Arrows and (depending when in the timeline you’re following as many things were retconned) so is the Master Sword.
Don’t pick and choose which aspect of lore you want to follow.

TBH I dont get the armour argument kupo, I do believe OoT and TP Ganondorf's armour is made of dark steel. He is a king, he wouldnt get satisfied with a cheap armor, he can very easily afford the best the Gerudos can craft, and I dont understand why you say the way he reacts to sword slashes shows its not plate armour kupo 🤔
True. But he can be defeated fairly quickly with the Big Goron Knife/Sword which is probably far weaker then the Fierce Deity Sword. Since the Fierce Deity Sward wipes out bosses in 3 hits.
And I believe Ganondorf chose to use hardened leather because it was lighter and remember. He was extremely prideful. Once he got the Triforce of Power he was basically immortal. He didn't think he could be defeated by a sword and thus focused on speed and raw power. And few incarnations that have human forms fought Link already. TP Ganondorf was quartered and executed without meeting Link, and in WW he May have armor under his robe.

Not necessarily as while money wasn't a problem for him, he needs to be mobile and it's hard to get stylish armor and (if he's wise) he'd use the resources that would get him pointless armour [due to his immense power+triforce] to instead get the gerudo more weapons or armour.
Besides as seen in MM, FD's Sword Beams don't care about armor, as it seems to pass straight through the actual mask to hit Majora's essence in Majora's Mask

The Fierce Deity would beat Gannon in under a minute. Sealing him might require the master sword so I think Ganon would have to be completely obliterated so he can't survive like in Twilight Princess. The magic milk would make this easy.
