Have you done any sort of overclocking or enabled a setting of some sort i should know about? Cus i have the same pc but get aboue 90 to 150 frames max (vsync off btw)
I've been asked the same question over and over again 😁 This laptop has beastly fans that go over 8k rpm so cooling pad don't need only I just elevate my laptop using pillow 🙃 nothin else hope u liked my gameplay.....
I've already solved the issue by clean installing display drivers and refresh rate to either fixed 144/60hz instead of dynamic... And also turning off the adjust colours from always to battery power....

The game has multiple nudity scenes couldn't bear it so uninstalled it but I do have the setup files stored in my external HDD

Nvidia Control Panel u must tweak as well as enable windows Ultimate power plan and set fans speed at max and performance profile in nitrosense
