Do you guys offer online training? I’m going to be adopting a Cavalier King Charles puppy in the next 6-9 months, and I want to do it right. I had an American Cocker Spaniel and I made a lot of mistakes and I don’t want to put another puppy through my ignorance. I’m trying to research as much as possible, but I want to get it right from day 1. I work from home and there are 2 friendly chiapoo type mixes in the house too. I want to give a Cav a happy and healthy life. Fortunately there’s a lot of fenced grassy areas here on Vancouver Island, so it’s kind of perfect for a puppy. I just have to be a little neater. Omg don't get that breed. They're classified as a torture breed in several countries, and rightfully so. Where I live, it's forbidden to breed them because they're so unhealthy and often suffer so much.
My cavelier is 3yrs old and I've just been told he has an inner ear infection, well the drops that the vet gave me have made him very lethargic and I'm very concerned as we have to give these twice a day for 7 days, plz help I'm so worried about him, he looks so sad and it's breaking my heart x
Hey Jaki, thanks for watching a reaching out. If you are worried about your dog's health we'd highly recommend checking in with your vet again. They are the best placed people to asses the situation and give advice on what might be best to do next. Hope he stars to feel better soon!
Best of luck Jaki and I'm sure your cavalier will be fine, our family have had cavaliers since 1977 and I have 2 and my Dad one currently, they are tough little dogs, hardier than some may think.
I know what your saying though they are such loving dogs too its awful to see them distressed, once bitten by a Cavalier there's no going back.

10 and 16 years my ass
One of mine live 18 years most of them lived over 15. They where bread properly and came from lines with papers, they had regulars vet visits, lots of love and play time. There diet was regulated to keep a good weight.
@@DerrickWeil definitely a rarity with this breed.
