There isn't many companies like Lucid, so I can see why the stock price struggles. It's difficult to ignore current figures but on the other side you have a company expanding regardless of interest rates and moving ahead without really having to worry about liquidity. They quadrupled one of their facilities and are opening a new factory in Saudi Arabia at the same time as some other EV's are going BK. They really do have a cheat code.

at this pace of stock offering to PIF, saudi might as well privatize the entire company
The PIF could easily take Lucid private but has both tax and image advantages in not doing that. Additionally, why pay 100% of future funding when they can pay only 60%?

Lucid was a scam from Day one, a scam brainchild of Faisal Sultan that worked in Saudi industrial clusters. He joined hands with the west on how to con the Saudi govt into milking them. Faisal used to be a low level Chrysler contractor in the 2000s that has done nothing, and now sits and gives sermons on localisation. He hasn’t even localised an automotive bolt in his life. But the Lucid folks and Saudis have accepted him as a MD. Happy milking.
Lucid will never work in Saudi. Manufacturing requires skilled manpower and Faisal knows there isn’t any skilled manpower in Saudi. Happy milking the stupid Saudis.

Lucid outselling Porsche Taycan, Mercedes EQS & EQE, BMW i7, Audi EQS. Auto market is in a downturn for everyone in the higher end of the market. Just look at dealer's lots overflowing with high-spec gas pickups. We all (should) know that the auto market is cyclical. As interest rates decline and markets normalize Lucid will be here with a broader product line. Nobody makes money on large Luxe sedans in the US. The Lucid Air is more of a statement, a halo car, as the brand builds out its product line and global sales and support network. That's where all the money is going.

Lucid is already hemorrhaging money, they should sell there cars at
$30,000 (at the rate they're losing money (69,000 - 30,000) * 9000 cars is not going to make a significant difference in their bottom line. Getting more cars on the road would increase knowledge of the car, and if they work well interest in the car, and ultimately sales of the car will improve. As of right now they have a much greater ability to make more cars then they sell. Lucid planning to make 9000 cars, Tesla's planning to make and sell over a million cars. The reality/difficult truth is there's very little interest in buying a Lucid vehicle.
Lucid is the biggest disaster... clearly no hope for this company.
