    So we can go firm at the beginning of a sentence and soft towards the ending of it and viceversa?

    Hey Jeff I have another question to ask I hope It wouldn't overwhelming you.
    I've heard that police,FBI and what have you speak all the time downwards even their questions(yes/no question) might go downwards or kinda flat.
    So I'm currently watching "The mentalist" on streaming and of course that happens.
    There's some other job where people are involved in speak their own way?

      in general, falling intonation and lower pitches are associated with authority/power, which is part of the reason you are seeing those tools used where they are
