Chocolate Chip And Fudge Cookie Dough Tray Bake Bars

Chocolate chip and fudge cookie dough bars, absolutely amazing served warm with ice cream!
Ingredients:
115g salted butter
140g light brown sugar
60g granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
260g plain flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
100g fudge chunks (found in the baking aisle)
100g chocolate chips
