What's up with the whole tails having blue shoes thing? I keep seeing him interpreted with blue shoes everywhere and I don't ever remember seeing him with blue shoes, does anyone know why?
I don't know if it's true or not, but some people believe that tails was originally going to have blue shoes, but they couldn't do that because they would have to use the blue that they use for sonic, so if he were to go super, tails's shoes would be yellow too. So they did red. (Also because of blue working with the color of tails's fur)

They're by Cherribun. Aka the person reanimating Sonic.EXE and Fleetway for 3.0. These sprites were what they were working on before they gave up on their own Sonic mod.

Thats why IMO Tails and Sonic roles are right. Sonic being more energetic than tails SCREAMS Papyrus being a lot more energetic than sans.
Sonic and Sans are the older, cooler brothers. Tails and Papyrus are the younger, innocent brothers that want to be cool.
