    I've been working on my iron cross and maltese muscles on the TRX, since no rings at planet fitness and I miss them, lol. Will have to try this though.

    I think the overhead shoulder press, with feet up in the loops, doing the press down against the ground, that's just a wee bit tougher...

      @@the__voidofdarkness which one? The one I described is basically an inverted military press against the floor.
