I couldn’t find any “try me” Bourbon in any of the shops we came by in New York or Washington so ended up getting Teakwood instead. Love it. Then we finally found Bourbon in Vegas, tried it, and bought two bottles. Will be taking them with me home to Europe 😃

I have worked for Bath & Body Works for 2 years now I would have to say Atlantic is my favorite scent it’s fairly new we launched it right before Covid or we just got a brand new one forest which is a really nice pine scent I love that one also the company has been adding to the men’s collection as of late which I think is amazing also we still definitely have bourbon.
This fragrance stayed on my skin for 10 FREAKING HOURS damn!

I have it also. The dye in it stains clothing so be careful. Bourbon lasts forever...
I love this scent and this stuff lasts me 12+ hours ! No lie I applied this at 7 PM after a shower and woke up at 7 AM and smelled it as if I first applied it and then was working out at 10 AM and while working out this stuff really blossomed !!! Was really impressed with the smell as well as it was a nice soapy but also deep,woody scent :D

love ps3 fresh water cologne smells amazing but barley lasts, unless you use a lot it might im not sure

The teakwood fragrance is my favorite from they new line. Smells exactly like the mahogany teakwood candle. Women love it. Bourbon imo smells like a dolce and gabanna the one clone

Which is best for men . Mild smell
I sprayed myself with this fragrance and while it wasn’t bad, I didn’t enjoy the direction it took on my skin. It sounds promising from the comments, and what you shared in this video. Bummer for me I guess. Was looking forward to it, and tried buying it in their $6 sale, but the store ran out so they didn’t fulfill that part of the order.
I love it when B&BW comes out with a winner. My all-time favorite B&BW scent is Coconut Lime Breeze, but they discontinued that awhile ago. I stocked up on as much of the shower gel as I possibly could, and I'm still working my way through it. It gets me through the cold winter months!
Just a couple of days ago I was at B&BW and picked up a lotion and cologne of Sea Salt Mimosa. I like the lotion a lot more than the cologne, but they're nice layered together, and I figure I can layer the cologne with other things to give other fragrances a bit of a salty vibe. I didn't get my nose on Bourbon while I was there, but it sounds great. I may have to go back and test it out.

Just watched this again to see if Bourbon is worth a buy. Good prescient comment at the opening, *"Companies like Bath & Bodyworks and Zara are notorious for releasing decent fragrances and discontinuing them like a year or two later...."* Zara has actually been discontinuing excellent fragrances like Warm Black, Rose Gourmand, Red Temptation & True Leather in less than a year. To their credit, nearly 4 years later in March, 2021, Bourbon is still available at B&BW. What I'd like to see B&BW do is what was done decades ago by the major houses with colognes. They were released in atomizer and splash bottles because some used them as an aftershave, and sometimes, colognes have ingredients that soothe the skin after a shave. While they don't seem to have a formula code on the box, at 1:23 you showed the bottom flap with the ingredients, so in the year 2021, we can see if they changed any. Unfortunately, we won't be able to ascertain if there's been a change in the "fragrance" ingredient mixture.
i traveled with the full tube of Bourbon lotion by mistake. The ladies in TSA loved the smell so much they let me take it through.

How many sprays do you use?
Spot on with L'homme being soapier and how it is in the same vicinity. Sprayed it on today at B&BW and got more of a Dior Homme Eau vibe. This whole new line is pretty good for each of them being $35, plus discounts haha. Suede smells EXTREMELY similar to Acqua Di Gio, at least to my nose, and Teakwood smells like Fierce and Mont Blanc Legend.

My favorite is Mahogany Woods. I'm really glad I bought a full bottle of it a few weeks ago while it was on clearance. I was a little surprised that it was being sold for half price, but I guess that's a sign that it was being discontinued.
I got to try out the new scents and Bourbon and Suede were my #1 and 2 respectively.

Always check for discontinued faves... I just got what was "discontinued" 3 yrs. ago for $3.37😮 it will always be my fave. B&BW still carries em (only cheaper).
Bourbon and freshwater!!! The best!! Bourbon is my most complimented. Freshwater is amazing
After 5 unsuccessful blind buys in a row this was truly a breath of fresh air ! This is kind of generic in general but also a semi-unique fresh spicy/semi sweet ambery scent. To my nose this is a better version of B & B works Dark Amber which I also liked !

I went to Dillard's & tried out Prada l'homme because of Jeremy's review on it... then I went to bath & body works & tried bourbon... bourbon is a real sleeper in my eyes & for the price, it's a no brainer👍... great review 🙌

I smelled this about a week ago and really liked this one out of all the other newer ones they had!! I didn't grab it. I'm probably going to be in an area today where there is a B&BW so I'm picking this up!! Love that you do reviews even for scents like this

Redolessence You know what's another nice cheapy I'm liking so far is Zara Orange Zest part of their Midsummer Collection. Some say it smells similar to Ultra Zest but I own that and don't see that really all that much. Others say vintage Dior Home Cologne. I'm not sure because I have the newer formulation. Not sure if you checked this one out yet. Also don't forget B&B semi annual sale is in like 3 days. Stock up!! lol Thanks for all you do for the community!!

TEAKWOOD is the best among all
I stopped giving them my business as soon as I realized they were a "discontinue-er" company. I've lost too many frags I've loved to that business model, so I won't bother with any companies that operate like that no matter what they release. Although reforms may be inevitable for many frags, I can (sort of) tolerate that...I can't/won't accept outright stopping of the frags. I need to know I can count on buying them again in the future, or the company will not get my money. The companies I deal with rarely to never discontinue frags. Great review. I just got this for Father's Day. Interesting you mentioned it having a Dylan Blue manly vibe. That's the first thing I thought of. But it's just a small hint of Dylan Blue. Very interesting that you compare it to Prada Lhomme because I have been dying to smell that one. This fragrance is fantastic.

I like Mahogany woods..I got it this last christmas and it is a really nice fragrance. My girlfriend got it for me along with the shower gel and lotion after I told her about it she surprised me with the whole set for christmas.

I have never looked at Bath and Body works for scents. I purchased a Bigelow shave cream there years ago but never even looked into the scents. Nice review and a good heads up on an inexpensive scent.

Great video! Must be fate that I came across this review today. It was a 90 degree day on Memorial Day here in Atlanta. I needed something to wear out in the heat for a cookout. Happened to find 5 boxes of bath & body works fragrances that I've had for years which were untouched. Wish i could tell you what scent I like the best but the one I grabbed for was White Citrus. Seemed like the best choice for the hot day.

Apparently, it hasn't been discontinued yet. I just received a bottle as a gift, as well as matching lotion and body wash. I've never cared much for cologne in the past, but this fragrance is incredible. It's not an obnoxious soapy smell, but it definitely has a kick from the pepper.

Hi there I'm from Ireland and visited New York last year and picked up the Noir Collection in bath and bodyworks. I absolutely love the smell. Would you reccomend any similar fragrances like the Noir scent?

Never tried a Bath and Body Works fragrance and would have been reluctant to try if not for watching your review. I would like to sample Bourbon, it sounds interesting. I do own Prada L'homme Prada and like it but is somewhat soapy and powdery, as you allude to.

This sounds like an interesting scent ! My current fragrance from Bath n Body Works is Paris for Men. It's a really nice citrusy,fruity summer fragrance that's kind of typical but so very pleasant !!!

The only time I got something from BBW was when my grandniece who was much younger then asked for something from there as a Christmas gift. I trust your nose on this one, as always, of course.
I went into a Bath and Body Works a few weeks ago to see when they had for men. I had not been into one and a long time and didn't expect to find anything good. I was very surprised at their men's selection. I did not see Bourbon there but I really liked a lot of the CO Bigelow fragrances. My favorite was Citrus Vetiver, it reminded me a lot of Bleu de Chanel EDP.

You are a freaking fragrance encyclopedia lol Bourbon and Noir were both my signature scents for the last few years until I recently got really into fragrances. I love Prada L'Homme. To me Prada is like a sweeter and more luxurious fabric softener clean laundry type smell while Bourbon is less sweet, a bit airier and spicier. Smelling them side by side I do pick up the Iris vibe. Bourbon is usually distilled in Oak barrels and the amber along with the spice give it a boozy vibe the same way Dolce & Gabbana The One does hence the name Bourbon which I see very fitting even though the notes don't really suggest it. liked and shared. man, bath and body had a fragrance that I loved in the 90's, but I have no idea what it was. blue frosted bottle. very fresh. probably something like a cool water. anyway, would love to try this new offering. They indeed have some nice scents that fly under the radar.

Thank you, this is the one I like of the new scents honestly. my favorite is Mahogany Woods and once I saw it was discontinued, I had to get some while on a date with my girlfriend at the outlet mall by her. Ocean and Noir I do like BUT, Mahogany Woods is my favorite hands down.

mahogany woods! and dark amber. My girlfriend used to work at Bath And Body works and it was one of my very first fragrances. I had couple designers but she showed me that Bath and Body works had some great stuff for cheap. Very curious about this Bourbon :D! Great Review! :D
