Base Rock Lee vs Kakashi, Kakashi wins every time. His taijutsu is on par with base Might Guy (WITHOUT his sharingan). He has a winning record against him if I am not mistaken. If you are talking about Lee opening his gates however, that would be a lot different rather than just a simple hand to hand combat fight.

I can explain it to you..... After war kakashi is stronger than the war arc kakashi as it is mentioned in the canon novel Kakashi Retsuden. He could no longer use the chidori as he lost the sharingan but to make up for it, he created the Purple Lightening. Its cutting power is just as strong as the chidori, it uses less chakra hence it can be spammed and it can also be used for long range attacks, as an armor(like the 3rd raikage) and can be used like sasukes chidori stream. He created a new fire style technique that shoot multiple fire birds from his palm that he can control mid air and eventually drop on opponents like a missile. This jutsu is so strong that is was able to overpower a water style six paths chakra enchanced attack. He is able to use a variant of the mud wall called the quartz wall. It is more sturdy than the mud wall and is immune to Lightening(mud wall's weakeness). He was able to hold this wall around a small village for dozens of hours and withstood attacks from six path's chakra weapons. Moreover, his chakra reserves have also improved significantly as he lost the sharingan. He's gotten faster and stronger than his war self and was able to defeat 50 jounin level ninjas with only a pan. He still has 1000+ Jutsu, the Lightening clone, lightening cable, lightening hound and is a master of all 5 basic chakra natures plus he is one of the smartest people in the anime. He also learnt healing jutsu. I want to point out that the war arc Kakashi was able to use kamui to its full extent, he was able to transport tail beasts, transport kunai flying in lightening speed, transport himself into the kamui dimension and was able to use it to pass objects through him like obito. He even had a perfect susano'o for a few minutes. According to the novel hokage Kakashi is stronger than this Kakashi hence in my opinion, hokage Kakashi is stronger than Tsunade, Tobirama, Hiruzen and even Minato(without kcm). He's the 3rd strongest Hokage behind only Hashirama and Naruto. Kakashi becomes overpowered after the war.

He was able to spam kamui and chidori multiple times even teleporting tailed beast and he also had an even match against rinne-sharingan obito enhanced with hashirama cells he even fought against kaguya and managed to slice through her shoulder. As it is mentioned in Kakashi Retsuden....Post war Kakashi is WAYYY stronger than war Kakashi and i believe that even with Flying Raijin and Sage Mode, Minato can't defeat post war Kakashi. He took down 50 jounins with a sauce pan without breaking a sweat! And dont even talk about Tsunade, although her byakugo is very powerful, Kakashi overpowers her in every aspect(with the exception of physical strength) she can only hope to defeat him with someone to attack Kakashi while she acts as a human sheild. In part 1 Hiruzen stated that Orochimaru was strong enough to take over a small country alone and in Boruto it was said that Kakashi is currently strong enough to take down an entire nation all by himself. The feats he showcased in the Retsuden novel supports this statement and if Kakashi isn't "prime" Hiruzen's equal, he isn't far off either.
Kakashi was always my fav character. He is deeply flawed but brilliant and stays positive tho his life was nothing but tragedy. But as a ninja, he’s deadly beyond his physical powers. He elevates all the ninjas around him (like Tom Brady in Football) and, like Hagaromo said, his skills as a teacher made his students some of the strongest & most talented in history.
Great video one suggestion I would say is to review the script to make sure everything is in chronological order, you went from talking about his Sharingan to how he lost it and back to the abilities of the Sharingan and repeated the same idea just slightly worded different.
