I don't think so, he was a prodigy but not the best one like minato. but his mangekyo abilities (mainly tsukuyomi. He has tsukuyomi which is the strongest genjutsu. The infinite tsukuyomi is just tsukuyomi cast on a larger scale, if he has one if kaguyas strongest abilities then maybe he did inherit strong chakra from kaguya or someone else, but anything else I think is just normal

The Solo king Soloes. Yata Mirror GG, Totsuka Blitz GG , Finger Genjutsu GG, Kotoamatsukami GG, Izanami GG, Tsukuyomi GG , Amaterasu GG, Tai, Nin, Etc etc. itachi has them all beat.
Izanami was a plot-armour, all the others couldn't beat Kabuto. Kotoamatsukami was used already but just as the tsykuomi, they both required open eyes to cast, so that wouldn't had worked either.

@@shinjifan9998 no tf he wasnt. He had 2 choices. Kill the clan and "save village" or support the coup. He had his choices and he chose it with his own free will. So that is an invalid arguement

I've always resonated with Itachi. Not just the fact that I'm a big brother Irl and I grew up in a less than friendly hood and defending my little brother from street fighting gangs, but his level of deep thinking as well. Also, I don't like to fight unless I have to.
