unfortantly creating a jutsu doesnt make you stronger than someone who perfected a jutsu. Tobirama states himself that minato is much faster. Putting minato below doesnt make much sense but rest is fine
It’s a grey area especially when the person that comes after you has time to build on what you did while your busy developing more techniques. If Tobirama was never born Minato drops from S rank top 10 kage to A rank low kage/sannin level.

I personally think that Kakashi is above Tsunade because of having such varied power set as opposed to Tsunade's raw strength and healing. But great video nonetheless 👍
@@jacobsworld5269 It'd honestly be a relatively close battle, but that puts it into a battle of time. The Infinite healing uses an immense amount of chakra. She can cheat death a lot longer and better than Danzo, but she'd be done for once she runs out and she'd be unable to use that jutsu for a long time, while she waited for her chakra to regenerate and she'd also be waiting a long time for her chakra that she seals away to accumulate again. She lost that form surprisingly quickly against orochimaru, so I doubt she'd be able to retain that long enough if that fight was drawn out. I think kakashi would have the advantage, but his victory would depend on drawing out the battle.
There’s zero feats to go by though. We can’t say he’s stronger than (insert character) because we’re told hurizen was considered the strongest hokage and the god of shinobi in his prime. That’s not an actual feat to support his ranking. We can only rank him on what we see. You feel me?

If you think about it, Hiruzen was the founder/teacher of most of the hokages, he taught tsunade (who became hokage) and jiraiya who taught minato (who became hokage) who taught kakashi (who became hokage) who taught naruto (who became hokage)

Danzo always seemed to me as a more selfpreserving Kakashi type, more spy than warrior. He may or may not have been slightly more effective than Hiruzen,who people seem to forget was more hawkish than peaceloving, but old man Hiruzen probably stomps prime Danzo.

Hiruzen never tried to give orochimaru the title of hokage since he knew orochimaru had darkness inside of him. The jutsu that tobirama created that he would actually use are the shadow clones and flying raijin, both of which minato can use better so I don't think that point would put him above minato. If DMS Kakashi is also included, then that would put him at number 2, none of the characters below him can deal with a susanoo along side kamui.

Hashirama wanted to keep like untrained 7 year olds from dying in battle. Tobirama helped create the ninja academy and chunin to help train children in a safeish place to let them learn how to become a ninja before actually being sent to battle.
why mention kakashi's double mangekyou and then say hiruzen was weak because he was old. if youre counting things that happend once than atleast rank hiruzen in his prime

He didn't live long enough for it. He wasn't hokage long before dying and his most interesting jutsu weren't created or learned until closer to the end of his life probably. We wouldn't likely see any Flying Raijin or Rasengan until after a time skip and even rasengan would probably be his chunin or jonin years. We never saw Naruto as anything, but genin and hokage so I doubt we'd see Minato in all his phases either. However, Minato is one of my favorite characters from the series, but unfortunately it'd be difficult to do with the currently established story.

He was top of his class, only means that he would reach his ceiling even before Obito would get MangecaiSharingan. All Kakshi's fame in his adulthood comes from sharingan. To be the best you need best genetics or doping or both :)

@@KeiYuichi well, using the seal results in his death so I doubt it would be a win if he uses it. Plus he was too weak to use it properly and effectively the only time he tried to. Its not likely that he would use such a risky move against his student/ fellow kage (oro tried to destroy konoha so that was a totally different circumstance) so i would think that he wouldn't rely on that technique because of how great it's cost is.
i highly doubt a young Hiruzen will beat her, he still has nothing to put her out. and she has enough chakra to revive herself 100 times, and she’s quick and smart enough to land a direct hit, which is all she’ll need in the end.
that’s all speculation, we’ve never seen young hiruzen in action. The closest thing we have to a young hiruzen is him being reanimated during the war arc. and from what he displayed then, he still has no jutsu that will keep Tsuande down.

Idk what show are u watching , and prime hiruzen is above tobirama and minato and would be rank 3 . Even in the war hiruzen as a old edo did the best after hashirama and clearly blitz tobirama to save naruto . Massive disrespect for hiruzen . I agree with your list other than where Minato is. I think his spot should be switched with tobirama. Just because Minato uses a jutsu created by someone else does not automatically make the creator better than the current user, and I think that Minato improved upon the jutsu as well.

Your info on Hiruzen stepping down after the war is all off. He didn’t want Orochumaru as hokage, Danzo did. Hiruzen once hoped for that but by then was against it. Pervy sage turned it down because he himself thought he was too irresponsible.
Danzo should’ve been last place. His over reliance on the Izanagi is ultimately what led to his downfall. Plus he wasn’t even counting in his mind how many times he could use it and Sasuke easily took advantage of that by using genjutsu to make him think he had 1 more use.

I have minato next cuz he’s better than tobirama with flying raijin (tobirama said it himself) and he has access to sage mode + rasengan…. I have hiruzen above tsunade simply due to lure about his prime days being awesome….. Kakashi is dead last in my opinion since as hokage he has no sharingan, no access to kamui, can’t use chidori…. He supplements this with purple lightning but I can’t see him beating tsunade in a 1v1 when she can outlast him in stamina and healing, strong enough to break madaras susanoo and can summon Katsuya…..

Naruto and Tsunade sure are forces of their own. Danzo, even if he never was, sure would've brought a strongly dictatorial edge to the title given his paranoid obsession with security, loyalty and willingness to dish out fatal punishments on even slight suspicions.

8. Danzo. Everytime he fought he was living on a timer. If he didn't kill you in X amount of time than he's the one that dies. 7. Tsunade- It seems like between her, Jiriya and Orochimaru she was painted as the weakest since she always seemed like the last choice. Ultimately he strengths are her raw strength and her medical abilities as well as toughness. She's not comparatively fast and her combat techniques are limited. If you wanted to say that she was more important in a war than every other Kage than I wouldn't argue. But if we're going off of combat ability she doesn't compare 6. Kakashi- Kakashi is a beast. But we've seen him on the losing side of things so many times that it's hard to put him above some of the others that were borderline unbeatable. 4. Minato/Tobirama- Honestly I couldn't decide. They are both legends who were the teachers of legends. 3. Hiruzen- He was also called the God of shinobi for a reason and I don't think it's fair to penalize him for dying at an older age. Prime Hiruzen He has a more diverse amount of stengths than any other Kage not named Naruto. In his prime he was called the strongest Hokage that ever lived. And while I think we all agree that Hashirama is stronger, it says something that people thought that. 2, Hashirama- Obviously 1. Naruto- More obvious still
I think Minato should come in the no 3 spot because Tobirama did invent the flying raijin jutsu but Minato perfected it and he also has wind, fire and lighting chakra natures
Tobirama never perfected the Edo Tensei, Minato beats him mid/high diff. Minato uses flying raijin twice every time Tobirama uses it once, he is way faster. Also, Minato has sealing jutsus so edo tensei won't be that much of a problem

I can pretty much agree with everything in terms of base form. For example, DMS Kakashi with Perfect Susanoo could possibly be stronger than Tsunade, but Kakashi in General with just Chidori and stuff is weaker than Tsunade. prime hashira could defeat regular naruto, but baryon mode naruto easily is stronger than hashirama, etc.

Considering Hiruzun was also fighting reincarnated 1st and 2nd Hokage while against Orochimaru and was know as the strongest Kage of his time just because he made it to an old age and weaken shouldn't be held against him since Minto died early if he became old he'd most likely of gotten weaker and slower. 1st 2nd and 4th all died at young ages during wars.

why don't you use Sarutobi before he got old? even though we never got to see him in action, you cant deny that he bested 2 first generation hokages while he's old. Using his old self to rank him seems very unfair

theres a major issue with the ranking system used here. Firstly, you didnt state whether a character was considered to be in their strongest form for the rankings. Its a little unfair to place hiruzen sarutobi as the lowest purely because of his old age. In an official statement, hiruzen was said to be the god of shinobi and stronger than hashirama at a point. Secondly, if we are going purely off of battle abilities them tobirama cannot be in the same levels as minato, minato is blatantly said to be faster, he has kcm mode, sage mode and clearly showed more versatility in the war if youre going off of feats. It doesnt matter what jutsu he created, it doesnt make him stronger than anybody else. Tobirama isnt weak by any means, but in terms of battle ability, minato has to be above him

Minato is definitely strong but my point is that people should realize that he died so early and hasn't achieve his prime and therefore had less time to grow in terms of strength and stamina

I think you ranked them correctly i completely agree with ur ranking, the only hokage you overrated was tobirama, he lacks an ultimate jutsu, creating so many jutsus but never mastering them to their fullest is his weakness, (exemple: Kabuto is the best at edo Tensei, minato is the best at flying raijun and so on ..) he’s not even the best water style user and the fact that he died to the cloud twins (darui level opponents) proves that his lack of a k.o ultimate jutsu makes him much weaker than minato and tsunade and maybe even kakashi, he was overhyped

For the sake of the algorithm, and as a fan of the channel, I wanna give two lists, and it’s alright if they’re ignored because this is mostly subjective at the end of the day. At their prime, the strongest versions of themselves: “8”: Danzo 7: Tsunade 6-5-4: kakashi, hirsuzen, Minato. No particular order, they can all be shuffled around in those 3 slots and decent arguments can be made for and against each. I think I’d place the DMS kakashi above them all, and even humor the idea that he belongs above tobirama, but again, that was a very temporary, fleeting power that he had. The strongest versions of Hiruzen and Minato were no slouches either. 3: Tobirama 2: Hashi 1: Obvious Now the power level AS HOKAGE, it’s more difficult. Especially since Danzo never got the hat or the robe. As a result, I must place him last. He had a gimmick, and it was easily exploited. “8”: Danzo 7: Kakashi 6: Tsunade 5: Hiruzen 4: Minato (we agree on this one!) 3: Tobirama. This takes a bit of explanation usually. Tobirama invented all your favorite shinobi’s signature jutsu, blah blah blah. Minato was better at flying thunder god, naruto was better at shadow doppelgänger, orochimaru and Kabuto were better at edo tensei impure world reincarnation, but it’s the sheer IQ and brain power of Tobirama that places him so high. The first dude to pitch overhand in Major League Baseball would be absolutely obliterated by the batters of today. But he deserves some respect for figuring it out first. Now take that and multiply it several times because that racist ass Tobirama invented a whole lot of really crazy, really powerful stuff. 2: Hashi 1: Protagonist. The whole point is that naruto is supposed to become the greatest ever at the hardest position and he does. People don’t really argue with that. When people talk about the real life, tangible qualities that make manga and anime characters cool, as time goes on they realize the best characteristics are the real life ones. It’s cool that this fictional character can fly or whatever, but as u get older u realize it’s really really cool that naruto just refused and continues to refuse to give up. Like the man is just relentless and it’s incredible. Like “I’ll never give up on sasuke!” And in my head I’m like “man I probably woulda gave up on him years ago” and THAT is what is most amazing

@@jacobsworld5269 It'd honestly be a relatively close battle, but that puts it into a battle of time. The Infinite healing uses an immense amount of chakra. She can cheat death a lot longer and better than Danzo, but she'd be done for once she runs out and she'd be unable to use that jutsu for a long time, while she waited for her chakra to regenerate and she'd also be waiting a long time for her chakra that she seals away to accumulate again. She lost that form surprisingly quickly against orochimaru, so I doubt she'd be able to retain that long enough if that fight was drawn out. I think kakashi would have the advantage, but his victory would depend on drawing out the battle.
Normally, we should consider kakashi power of when he got to the Kage position, so after the war.
Hiruzen in his prime was said to be as strong as Hashirama, so I think that last is a bit unfair, even old hiruzen could probably beat danzo
There’s zero feats to go by though. We can’t say he’s stronger than (insert character) because we’re told hurizen was considered the strongest hokage and the god of shinobi in his prime. That’s not an actual feat to support his ranking. We can only rank him on what we see. You feel me?

Hiruzen never tried to give orochimaru the title of hokage since he knew orochimaru had darkness inside of him.
The jutsu that tobirama created that he would actually use are the shadow clones and flying raijin, both of which minato can use better so I don't think that point would put him above minato. If DMS Kakashi is also included, then that would put him at number 2, none of the characters below him can deal with a susanoo along side kamui.

He didn't live long enough for it. He wasn't hokage long before dying and his most interesting jutsu weren't created or learned until closer to the end of his life probably. We wouldn't likely see any Flying Raijin or Rasengan until after a time skip and even rasengan would probably be his chunin or jonin years. We never saw Naruto as anything, but genin and hokage so I doubt we'd see Minato in all his phases either. However, Minato is one of my favorite characters from the series, but unfortunately it'd be difficult to do with the currently established story.

@@KeiYuichi well, using the seal results in his death so I doubt it would be a win if he uses it. Plus he was too weak to use it properly and effectively the only time he tried to. Its not likely that he would use such a risky move against his student/ fellow kage (oro tried to destroy konoha so that was a totally different circumstance) so i would think that he wouldn't rely on that technique because of how great it's cost is.
i highly doubt a young Hiruzen will beat her, he still has nothing to put her out. and she has enough chakra to revive herself 100 times, and she’s quick and smart enough to land a direct hit, which is all she’ll need in the end.

Your info on Hiruzen stepping down after the war is all off. He didn’t want Orochumaru as hokage, Danzo did. Hiruzen once hoped for that but by then was against it. Pervy sage turned it down because he himself thought he was too irresponsible.
Danzo should’ve been last place. His over reliance on the Izanagi is ultimately what led to his downfall. Plus he wasn’t even counting in his mind how many times he could use it and Sasuke easily took advantage of that by using genjutsu to make him think he had 1 more use.

Naruto and Tsunade sure are forces of their own. Danzo, even if he never was, sure would've brought a strongly dictatorial edge to the title given his paranoid obsession with security, loyalty and willingness to dish out fatal punishments on even slight suspicions.
Tsunade would be taken out by Minato, she's strong but not as versatile as others.

8. Danzo. Everytime he fought he was living on a timer. If he didn't kill you in X amount of time than he's the one that dies.
7. Tsunade- It seems like between her, Jiriya and Orochimaru she was painted as the weakest since she always seemed like the last choice. Ultimately he strengths are her raw strength and her medical abilities as well as toughness. She's not comparatively fast and her combat techniques are limited. If you wanted to say that she was more important in a war than every other Kage than I wouldn't argue. But if we're going off of combat ability she doesn't compare
6. Kakashi- Kakashi is a beast. But we've seen him on the losing side of things so many times that it's hard to put him above some of the others that were borderline unbeatable.
4. Minato/Tobirama- Honestly I couldn't decide. They are both legends who were the teachers of legends.
3. Hiruzen- He was also called the God of shinobi for a reason and I don't think it's fair to penalize him for dying at an older age. Prime Hiruzen He has a more diverse amount of stengths than any other Kage not named Naruto. In his prime he was called the strongest Hokage that ever lived. And while I think we all agree that Hashirama is stronger, it says something that people thought that.

Tobirama never perfected the Edo Tensei, Minato beats him mid/high diff. Minato uses flying raijin twice every time Tobirama uses it once, he is way faster. Also, Minato has sealing jutsus so edo tensei won't be that much of a problem

Considering Hiruzun was also fighting reincarnated 1st and 2nd Hokage while against Orochimaru and was know as the strongest Kage of his time just because he made it to an old age and weaken shouldn't be held against him since Minto died early if he became old he'd most likely of gotten weaker and slower. 1st 2nd and 4th all died at young ages during wars.

theres a major issue with the ranking system used here. Firstly, you didnt state whether a character was considered to be in their strongest form for the rankings. Its a little unfair to place hiruzen sarutobi as the lowest purely because of his old age. In an official statement, hiruzen was said to be the god of shinobi and stronger than hashirama at a point. Secondly, if we are going purely off of battle abilities them tobirama cannot be in the same levels as minato, minato is blatantly said to be faster, he has kcm mode, sage mode and clearly showed more versatility in the war if youre going off of feats. It doesnt matter what jutsu he created, it doesnt make him stronger than anybody else. Tobirama isnt weak by any means, but in terms of battle ability, minato has to be above him

Here are some feats of prime Minato according to the creator
1.he never took down 1000 Shinobi during the war it was only stated by people but if you go back and watch the series the Shinobi stated that there were still 50 stone Shinobi and there were only 4 of them leaf Shinobi alive
2.when he encountered a and bee he stood no chance at all why? Because he only had kunai as a weapon and what the heck is that gonna do to a lighting armor that even Sasuke's chidori is unable to scratch or penetrate and also don't forget that killer bee was also about to stab Minato as soon as he teleported and plus he could have transformed to 8 tails and Minato would still lose there for he technically flee because he knew he wouldn't stand a chance against any of the 2
3.he has the least chakra amoungs the hokage since he ran out of chakra during the nine tails attack sure ftg takes a lot of chakra but kakashi even with a sharingan constantly getting drain and also keeping enough chakra so that once he rans out of chakra he wouldn't die do to the fact that the doujutsu takes the liforcebof the user like for example nagato his hair turned white because he used the rinne rebirth jutsu with him only having little chackra to perform the jutsu so it took his liforce instead before he died don't forget that even kakashi posesd 25 percent chakra Of what Naruto has and also don't forget that Naruto is a uzumaki that can make 2000 clones in a day with just his chakra and also he was only a half uzumaki and uzumakis have strong life force but still the fact that kakashi not even on his prime was able to do so much more during the war just goes to show that even with his disadvantage he still had more stamina

7.kskashi resuden just goes to show that kakashi is on a different level than minato he has a jutsu that mimics kekeigenkai technic such as scortch release the super heated fire capable of evaporating water that has sage of the six path chakra quarts walls that allows him to deflect lightning even a fake raikiri was unabble to scratch the wall and lastly purple lightning it is capable of being channelled through out his body and is well clear that if Minato ever teleports behind kakashi he'd be dead and don't forget it is made to mimic his chidori jutsu that he no longer can do safetly because tunnel vision effect
8.just because he's fast doesn't make s rank ninja slow kakashi is capable of keeping up with Naruto in kcm form while being weakend and tired from the weeks of fighting and multiple strain on the body
9.tobirsma created more clones than Minato therefore it just goes to show that tobirama has double the chackra of kcm Minato

Tobirama may have created the most well-known justu but minato did them better. and also speed plays a great part in how you do as a ninja. without kcm minato beat debatably the fastest justu in the show (Kamui).
And he and tobirama may be debatable (it is not) but to put kcm below Kakashi (Hokage version) is laughable.

Minato is definitely strong but my point is that people should realize that he died so early and hasn't achieve his prime and therefore had less time to grow in terms of strength and stamina

I think you ranked them correctly i completely agree with ur ranking, the only hokage you overrated was tobirama, he lacks an ultimate jutsu, creating so many jutsus but never mastering them to their fullest is his weakness, (exemple: Kabuto is the best at edo Tensei, minato is the best at flying raijun and so on ..) he’s not even the best water style user and the fact that he died to the cloud twins (darui level opponents) proves that his lack of a k.o ultimate jutsu makes him much weaker than minato and tsunade and maybe even kakashi, he was overhyped

For the sake of the algorithm, and as a fan of the channel, I wanna give two lists, and it’s alright if they’re ignored because this is mostly subjective at the end of the day.
At their prime, the strongest versions of themselves:
“8”: Danzo
7: Tsunade
6-5-4: kakashi, hirsuzen, Minato. No particular order, they can all be shuffled around in those 3 slots and decent arguments can be made for and against each. I think I’d place the DMS kakashi above them all, and even humor the idea that he belongs above tobirama, but again, that was a very temporary, fleeting power that he had. The strongest versions of Hiruzen and Minato were no slouches either.

2: Hashi
1: Obvious
Now the power level AS HOKAGE, it’s more difficult. Especially since Danzo never got the hat or the robe. As a result, I must place him last. He had a gimmick, and it was easily exploited.

3: Tobirama. This takes a bit of explanation usually. Tobirama invented all your favorite shinobi’s signature jutsu, blah blah blah. Minato was better at flying thunder god, naruto was better at shadow doppelgänger, orochimaru and Kabuto were better at edo tensei impure world reincarnation, but it’s the sheer IQ and brain power of Tobirama that places him so high. The first dude to pitch overhand in Major League Baseball would be absolutely obliterated by the batters of today. But he deserves some respect for figuring it out first. Now take that and multiply it several times because that racist ass Tobirama invented a whole lot of really crazy, really powerful stuff.

The whole point is that naruto is supposed to become the greatest ever at the hardest position and he does. People don’t really argue with that. When people talk about the real life, tangible qualities that make manga and anime characters cool, as time goes on they realize the best characteristics are the real life ones. It’s cool that this fictional character can fly or whatever, but as u get older u realize it’s really really cool that naruto just refused and continues to refuse to give up. Like the man is just relentless and it’s incredible. Like “I’ll never give up on sasuke!” And in my head I’m like “man I probably woulda gave up on him years ago” and THAT is what is most amazing
