I am now 8 weeks out of TKR, your videos have helped me tremendously know what to expect through this whole process. I felt empowered going into to this surgery so keep on making good content!

Hi Tony, I had a total knee replacement 5 weeks ago and I am telling you its quite a bad operation to go through. I have had no physio on my leg. The past 4 weeks I have been getting it to 90 deg and feeling tight, I walk a lot on it with out sticks. But today sat on the stool my wife said I'm getting 110 or maybe more. I am not to concerned about bending it too much as it feel sensitive. I think the main key is a good diet and good pain relief...Oxy that I use for my bad back not the knee. And I know that this is going to take time as I used to be into body building

I wish they would have done this when I had PT, It would have helped me so much! I still am no walking correctly! It’s been since 2021 since I had my knee surgery.😮

Can you do this while stitches are in? I had to have a bursa sac exclusion/removal. I’m 3 days post surgery.. I have no problem with weight bearing, its getting full flexibility back.

I don’t have a treadmill but do have a stair tread. Would that work the same way?

I wish I could have come to you as my physical therapist. I am two years out and still do not have gait. I will try this. Early on and to 18 months when I was working with the treadmill - it was never pointed out for me to do this. I will surely try this - thank you. JoAnn

Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos. They have helped me so much. They've also kept me from freaking out several times since my knee surgery. ☺
