My inner child has been connecting with me in my dream state a lot. Last night she showed me the word ART in my minds eye so today I am expressing myself through art in different ways. I am having lots of dreams of children of different ages too that I am either taking in or helping in some way. Some are showing me some exciting new and beautiful things too. I believe these are all aspects of my inner child. I also believe it's important to connect with all the ages of our inner child when doing healing work, especially those years that we may need the most healing from that we have suppressed because we thought it would help protect us during those times. ❤
