I lived in Albaston for many years and walked the old line once. My Auntie still lives in Gunnislake as did my mother. Traveled many times up and down from the old Station and the new one. Mum rests with a view of the line. We all loved living in the Valley but for work had to move away. Still go back. My Cousin lived in the area of Callington Station then moved to Plymouth. Love from David and Lily.

This was wonderful to watch and thankyou .My grandfather was John(Jack)Wearing and he lived at the Goldsworthy House in Kelly Bray till 1917.It brought tears to my eyes to see Kitt Hill and the train coming into village.Grandpa Jack settled here in Detroit and 4 generations later were still here.Grandpa would be 113 now.Wishing and hoping to see my homeland.Richard Mark Wearing

Thanks, trothelens, for the comment, I was amazed to see that on the Anniversary of the opening there was a two hour window when access was allowed! If only i had known!
