I just wept when Esma passed. A whole Era came to an end. Beautifully portrayed all the characters especially Esma, garipp, surreya Farouk, his siblings etc . ,

2023/2024 keep seeing tis over and over and just can't go to any other new series, never seen a story like tis, towards the ending of course there were tears❤ the love story between the young age and old age of Esna /Garip was a great everlasting love till death aparts, director producer and script writer was great❤. Read alot of comments from all over the world,people with different casts who watch tis series gave good comments all the way through

Unfortunately with esma no longer in these episodes I don’t feel the excitement anymore to watch this 😢 this whole episode just felt empty to me..

Wish esma and garip stayed longer.. I wouldn’t mind watching another 100 episodes. Anyway I’m grateful I found such an amazing series. I usually watch Korean or Filipino series! But I’m a Turkish fan now! So much better 😊♥️

this was an outstanding series👌👋 I have never been so attached and hooked to a series like this, as you watch the show its like u are part of the Boran family. Family is very important, acknowledging your mistakes and spreading love to one another always despite life challenges is what this series has portrayed and for that reason, I guess everyone who watched it was inspired, like I was, and this life lesson everyone has to take with and nurture it further in our lives. Thank you, film producers & team, and most importantly GREAT ACTING to the whole cast members👋👌👌💖

I like how the Boran's now have a round dining table, no one could sit at Sultan Esma's place. Some families leave an empty seat, for a period of time.
The parenting dynamic between Adem and Gunes could be very interesting if Sude has some wild teenage years. Umut was such a cute bratty little brother. I had a little sister just like him!
The character sureyya Fikret truly appreciated his stepfather..I liked the fact that he is wearing blue eyeglasses like the ones Garip wore..or it might be Garip's glasses itself because in one of the episodes Fikret did ask for it. Love that!

my mother suffered the same illness and after more than ten years agony had a terrible death: septicemy for drinking her processed food, her food went to her lungs, unluckily other family issues appeared on the surface of this drama and we could not keep the family together. Its a cruel reality for those who survive.

Excellent story line. Kudos to writers. This is almost the end, I think. My only comment is that Murat could have made short appearances at these significant events: Esma/Garip wedding and Esma's funeral. But overall, I think it covered everything good ending. I was wondering also why it took 7 years for Dilara to get a proposal. Thank you English subtitle peeps. You are very much appreciated.

This 2nd last episode too was very emotional...daddy with his chirpy daughter baking...mommy sureyya being applauded on stage, Dilara with Sude not forgetting momma Gunes, Cihan's head banging🥰 super child actor, ipek's gurgling laughter, their lovely time at the dining table, Ummut 😘😘😘 hilarious was the little brat!! The v loud Evet..congratulations Dilara & Mert, lovely to see the flashback with Murat in it,and the family bond at their anthem😘🥰😋

Waiting for You is another Ozcan Deniz show that was very good. The translation is atrocious, but the story is very good. My mother and I both enjoyed it. Even though the translation is horrible we could still follow along. It has lots of surprises.

THIS! Is the best film I’ve ever seen!! I love how they met!! I’ve watched BOI at least 10 times!!! (I skipped a few of the counseling sessions! I’m African American and my desire is to visit TURKEY! I feel every single woman like Faruk. Inspite of any of his flaws, he ADORED his wife and loved to surprise her! I have the white flower earrings that Surryya had on and the Turkish tea glasses!! EVERYTHING about life is in this film!! Every actor was PHENOMENAL !!! This film deserves an OSCAR👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼and there’s nothing! Nothing like THE ENDING!!! The music is so awesome! I love the dancing and rejoicing!! I would like to suggest to you HEARTBEAT, STAY IN MY HEART and HEART WOUND!! Happy watching!! EGAHNAUSH (enjoy your day) I’m also learning some Turkish language😂

You missed nothing for they never said why or when they broke up another sad mistake in this beautiful serial they leave out some thing till episode when his mother died she was with Osman all of a sudden she vanished

That's really cruel on the part of the director, to NOT HAVE BROUGHT BACK MURUT AND BADE, atleast ONCE, ESPECIALLY at Esma and garips wedding.
They are part of this family, and would have finished their education and working.
I keep waiting to see them.....even while showing flashbacks, only the three elder boys were shown with their father. The episodes seem incomplete when Murat and bade are blanked out.

It's a shame that Mukrat and his bride got written out of the series so long ago and we haven''t heard from them since. This did not make any sense at all. They never cane back to visit for anything, not even for his mother's funeral. The writers weren't thinking logically when they put this series together.
