We were minimalist before there was a word for it ! Retired 6 years now , also downsized . If its only been 2 weeks for you it just gets better and better ! Congratulations !

I’m not a minimalist, but it is terrific being with less. And I agree with you that it is so much easier to clean. I started paring down during August of the pandemic. We never went back to having a cleaning woman.

Totally agree with you clutter is no good and we feel so much lighter without and the home is easy to clean and we become better organised if we want to find a needle and thread we can go and put our hands on it and not have to search for it 😊

Been on minimalist journey 6 years but “stuff” always builds back up with kids around with bundles of stuff and dogs with buckets full of toys 😭
