i think it's useful for larger buildings but for houses overall its better to import some assets and configure individually

Unfortunately for legacy users, this extension is compatible only with subscription versions of SketchUp.

Yes, this works in Lumion. One just has to add some emissiveness to the texture and tweak reflectivity and gloss. You just have to add it into modeling software. You can not add it directly into Lumion . I would assume the same for Corona.
