As a junkrat main, I have found a duo recently, an ash main, and I have loved the sinergy so far. Ash and junk just cover each other really well, ash benefits a lot of from the chaos junkrat creates, specialy from concusion mine, I have found that when I engage and boop people in the air, ash easily manages to finish them up. Also ash benefits from junkrat since junkrat can protect her from flankers really easily, and take a lot of the attention off the ash so she can play freely. And also they both cover each others weakness really well.
It has made playing junkrat a lot more enjoyable with a duo tbh.
I disagree with the Sigma/LW take. They have the same goals and playstyle in poke comps so I don't see the problem. Both want to sit back, take things slow and poke from long range. LW is a great dive deterrent in poke comps. Not needing to use grip on the tank isn't a deficit, its a positive synergy. You can reserve grip for your vulnerable DPS and support. A much worse comp for LW is brawl/rush since LW can't go in with the team.
I also disagree with him on that. My take is that LW has the ability to give sigma easy access to high ground, which is a huge time saver as sigma and boosts Sig's effectiveness.
Yea I agree 100% (as in disagree with the video). Plus the slower speed of a poke comp and the mitigation abilities of Sigma means the LW is going to need to spend less time healing overall and more time adding to the poke. The tank not needing pull just means you can use pull more creatively or reserve it for other characters in danger
Sombra combos really well with Hog as well. Whoever she hacks becomes way easier to hook. Really swings the hog v hog mirror.
Playing as support in solo queue is a horrid experience. Every match is a coin toss unless you are able to duo with someone.

Doom / Junk is, more often than not, horrid. As a doom main ill run into a junk every now and again, and i swear everytime i go for a punch they’re launched into the air and next thing i know i’m in the enemies back line with no cool downs. Same thing with lucio boops but not as often as junk for sure.
One I’ve actually been oddly liking recently has been Brig + Kiriko. Healing is a bit weird sometimes but it feels we can both bail each other out as well as the team, and I feel their ults mesh well together. Mostly just being brig benefiting more from kitsune then vice versa probably.
Brig + hog also feels nice. Hook from hog and then I just followup immediately with him which has been fun
As an echo main I’ve had good success with my friend who mains widow. A lot of the times if they have a widow, I can put pressure on her. So my friend has a more advantageous setup. The only thing I struggle with is when they’re focusing my friend with dive heroes. I can’t seem to save him reliably enough against heroes like tracer,sombra,Lucio and Moira.
I disagree with the life weaver- sigma take. LW has the ability to give sigma access to high ground whenever he wants. Which is a huge time saver as sigma.
how do they manage to make the game feel worse every time feels great to be an overwatch player👍

Nah, didn't you see? They announced buffs for tanks which are going to make hog, ball and orisa absolutely painful to play against. Just like the buffs for dps which made half the roster painful to play against.

i kinda like mercy/winton. if the winston dives with the team and use bubbles correctly and use ult to bail himself out, dmg boost the winston feels good. it helps him to get his ult faster and usually winston dmg is meh but dmg boost can make it surprisingly quick. winston can jump in the air to help mercy to fly to the fight faster. but it can also be HORRENDOUS, one time in qp, a winston just 1 v5 and told me to pocket him and he would livee........

Exactly. Every ally gets a lil bit of my healing tweak and geek. Hahaha No mercy 😂😂
I hate a pocket mercy unless that mercy know WHEN and WHO to pocket.
If I see another mercy healbotting in my games I'm gonna lose it. It's not good at all
Can you make a video specifically talking about the level of resources needed for the whole cast. You talked about Zarya being resource heavy and wrecking ball being low resource. Can you explain that a little better for at least every dps or tank.
I’m a gold support player and I want to make sure I can support the team the best I can
For tanks at least, usually big fat tanks that take a lot of damage are considered high resource. Think Mauga at the most extreme end. Low resource would be tanks with high mobility to avoid damage (doom, ball) or tanks with high damage mitigation (Sigma). It's a spectrum that can vary by the player behind the hero.
I have not been very interested in playing this season. I havent even placed since the new revision of ranked transparency. I wish there was balance. Id wait out huge queue times just to have a match that feels more like competition and less like landslide losses more times than not
The new way prevents landslide in terms of rank, majority of games for me have had everyone withing 2-3 tiers of each other often times even just all the same tier

I get the genji and sigma comp is bad
But i climbed once to master using this comp
It was sigma,genji,reaper,kriko and zen
Sometimes i would ask my teamates to change this to something esle and we did good with that too.

I play a lot of pharah and echo, and the worst possible comp to run into is pharmercy widow. Can’t kill the pharah with the widow, can’t get to the widow through the pharah
Xen and bap is underrated together
ana main here, very fun to play with a lot of skill expression
Disagree about junkrat and widow. Junk can boop squishies in the air where they have no control of their movement and widow can pick them off mid air. Junk can also place his trap in front of widow to deal with anyone trying to dive her.
At this point, they should've just change the hero pool each week 😂

I remember getting cussed at by a Lucio player for being on Bastion(who is my main) I was doing better than they were, got POTG, and we still lost and they blamed it on me bc they didn’t think Bastion in that game was working.

Ik mercy lucio is a horrible comp and I’ve know this since the game came out but I swear mercy lucio is my highest win rate support comp
Yeah, I don't see how it's a "bad comp" when I've seen more wins with exactly that combo than anyone else. Maybe its easier to counter at highest levels of comp, but in the mid tier, a Lucio that focuses more on healing with a Mercy who focuses on damage boosting and keeping Lucio and the Tank alive can make a tight-knit group of players almost unstoppable.
Sigma Genji is a bad duo ? Bruh i don’t know what u have been playing but u’re wrong. Genii needs a distraction and sigma is just that since he can bring so much chaos with its exploding projectiles. He can pick them off 1 by 1. So your idea of a Sigma who stays in his range is unrealistic because the opposite isn’t going to stay there and take it. They are mostly gonna close the distance to get him. That’s when Genji strike. From behind preferably
