I had some eggs that were on the counter that never made it to the incubator. Some of them were close to a month old and I had an empty incubator so I decided to see what would happen.
Wow! This was such a great video! Thank you so much for taking the time to make this- my sister and I are getting into hatching eggs, and we were just doing research on how long eggs can be set out before going bad- this was so interesting! Thank you!
Great video! I set some eggs yesterday that were a month old! Guess I wasted my time! Eggs were so beautiful blues, olive and tan. I may follow through for seven days?
Ive notice over the years ive been incubating i collect the eggs to incubate while i got the incubator filled up and waiting. the hens keep laying and they wait sometimes 2-4 weeks to even go broody and they still hatch so i think u can store and incubate eggs that are 2-3 weeks old
I gather all of my eggs up every day. I keep them in a basket on the kitchen counter until I get ready to put them in the incubators. My house stays at a constant 68*.
Wow... really interesting!
Nice sharing.

You might have better luck than I did. Candle them after 7 days and let me know how they are doing.
