I have no idea how this worked, but the temperature was way too cold. The temperature for chicken eggs should not be below 37ºC during incubation... so either your termometer was quite inaccurate or this chicks have superpowers.

You should not help to crack the eggshell, let the chick struggles to get out. This is the normal process. If you crack the shell, the chick might not be ready to come out yet.
At 8:23, the temperature showing 24.3. how it is possible? 25w lamp in a box the temperature should be between 37-40c depending the location from the bulb. And how the chicks were hatching at a temperature of 24.3???
This is superb. If I can do the same and get the same result, I would be the happiest person coz I've always waited for the hen to hatch the chicks herself

try using different watt bulb and see what works best…sometime you may have to opt for smaller 2 bulb instead of big 1 bulb…
