People love watching these video's why because other parts of the world will not let someone do the work themself's. There are taxes, HOA's developers, banks insurance companies, builders, renovator's, and others who do this kind of work and they want a paper trail of permits to prove the job was up to code, every town and city has its own code keeping people from working in areas they are not from, you have to stay in your designated area to hire the job from localy sourced supplies and equipment lenders. this makes the price go up and keeps people from building their dream because no one in the area can do the work. what you do is so fantastic to us that we envy the people and the country that will allow this sort of renovation.
