- I make this recipe every weekend: broccoli, potatoes and carrots! Here are almost all the ingredients you need! Very easy and incredibly delicious! Potatoes and delicious broccoli for dinner! RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
3 potatoes.
1 broccoli.
Salt the potatoes.
1 onion.
Salt.
Cook broccoli for 1-2 minutes.
Butter.
Boil the onion for 5-7 minutes.
1-2 carrots.
Fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Very aromatic!
We're going to have a DELICIOUS dinner!
Yoghurt 400 gr. / 2 cups.
Garlic.
Parsely.
Salt.
Mix well.
Add dressing and stir.
10-12 cherry tomatoes.
Feta 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
I make a delicious sauce!
yogurt 3 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons.
Dijon mustard 1-2 tablespoons.
Parsely.
Mix well.
Enjoy your meal!
