Dill is a difficult seasoning in most countries and not very accessible to people in general. It actually adds little to the flavor. They can be replaced with regional herbs that suit each person's taste, in the same way that for some cultures coriander always replaces parsley. Personally, I think that some mint leaves give a good refreshment.
I’m making this right now on a smaller scale and tweaking a bit………..in a 9x9 baking dish…only have one bag of frozen broccoli and everything else but the Dill for the topping sauce….. I am positive it will be just as delicious…… one thing about cooking and baking you should not let it stop you from making something if you don’t have the exact ingredients, sometimes you can improvise…. Maybe not all the time but most of the time…..🥰👵🏻 And sometimes you can add extra ingredients to your liking…….for example, I have cooked bacon slices in the freezer which I am going to chop up an put that in the layers also…….you are a phenomenal cook and you give us many excellent dishes that are so creative….I’m not a creative cook but I know enough to make a halfway decent meal 🤣🤣. And your pile of grated cheese looked like more than 1.4 ounces….. I increased it to 1 1/4 Cups……. was I wrong?
Muito gostosa! Nas camadas de batatas eu coloquei um pouco de azeite em cima antes de colocar o creme e cortei coentro bem miudinho e salpiquei um pouco para não ficar muito forte o gosto! Mas a receita é deliciosa! Tudo que é feito com batata é muito bom!
