Did a 670 km ride to Banglore last Sunday and I should say cruising on highways at 110 or 120 kmph all day long is piece of cake for the bike. Upto 500 km the ride was relaxed and comfy, the last 170km ride was hell for me. Adding a gel seat/ride on air could resolve the issue. And yeah as strell already mentioned this is not a vibration free motorcycle but from my experience if one have a good gloves and boots on then it's minimal especially on highways.I am well satisfied with it for the money i paid.

I completed my ride from trivandrum to kolli hills which was around 500 km one side. I cruised on 120 t0 130 piece of cake. completed 1268 km in one day on my dominar 2019 edition.
120 on the display means your real speed was 111.62, dominar has 7.5% speedo inflated. You can test it anyway you want. But it proves the fact that it's cruising speed falls in the 110kmph area.. If you really want to cruse at 120 then your speedo speed should be around 129.

You will not get the same performance for this money any where. Most closest KTM is Duke 250. And the bike closer to dominar is MOJO but I don't like their services.
Even I have ridden the Dominar 400 2019...what strell is saying is absolutely true...the vibrations are there on footpegs and handlebar below 4k rpm...then they mellow down..sweetest spot is 90 to 110 kmph...

You get everything except touring from a stock Duke 390. Interceptor 650 is good for solo tourers. Still, I believe Duke 390 is monstrous in power delivery when compared to Int 650.

Everyone just praises the Dominar as the best bike in the market.. but the fact is it is firstly a strictly highway machine with 184kgs n 1460mm wheelbase.. City n stop go traffic is a pain on Dominar.. It is not meant for cornering too though it's not bad for a cruiser like it.. Still not a corner Carver thanks to it's positioning, weight n wheelbase!.. lastly being a specialised highway bike, it suffers from vibrations n windblast! 😋 Inspite of all that great paper figures n value for money, where is this bike excelling!? Actually nowhere really..
People know very less about this info but but D400 has inflated speedo of 7.5%. Meaning if you want to cruise at real 100kmph you will have to keep dominar at 108kmph(on the display).

Should I go for the [comfort] of meteor 350 or I should go for the [speed] of Dominar 400.. Am confused need your help/suggestions.
Even NS 200 will get the job done. And dominar is undoubtedly the best touring machines under 2L. But it is not very well suited for off roading, so if your 800km expedition includes unpaved terrain then Himalayan should be your choice

Honda gearboxes are like extra stable mechanism, which never gets old. But it faces tyre lock for aggressive down shifts. Dominar gearbox is little clunky than a Honda, but the down shifts are managed well.

Well, I have a D400 2019 and yeah I have done local rides and touring and as well as daily commute as it's my only bike. And no matter where you ride it it's really good and it won't disappoint you. The only thing I don't like is the feedback of the rare brakes
Bike is awesome, but wind blast limits the high speed ride for long time. It was so high I had stress on my neck, so I had to come down from 135 to 105.

Yes, the 2019 RR310 is much vibe free than earlier version. It's not the engine, but the fairing is the problem. They have managed yo cut that down significantly in newer version.

Best bike, beast I ride 900 kms from dwarka to navi mumbai in 13 hours I stops 6 times for 10 min break, drink electral. Use small cushion for rider n pillion. Enjoy .. Its all up to u how to enjoy.....mind it
Yes, the Mojo can do more than 800 km comfortably in a single day. I have been owning a Mojo since 2016, and I have done 875 km max in a single day with my pillion rider and luggage (saddle bags + tank bag). It is an amazing tourer. The new ABS variant is even better since it is lighter (only single exhaust), and handling is easier now, given the fact that the rake angle has been reduced for better handling. I know folks who have done more than 1000 km in a single day on the Mojo. So yes, it is an amazing tourer and a comfy one too!

In bumper to bumper city traffic this bike will make you feel its weight as it's really heavy. If you are okay with that then it's good. If you are looking for more options try FZ25.

Hi just wanted to check how much power gets unlocked post 2k kms..I'm still at 1k and as you know it won't rev beyond 5k rpm due to lock..

400 to 500 kms if you ride on any bike you will start feeling aches on the body not just dominar... Good video informative.
It depends on breaks you take, and ofcourse anything beyond 350-400 will stress your body.
Taking brakes once in an hour will help to cover 500km on highways without much pressure 😊

TB has a better seat to accommodate a heavy rider. But TB is not good if you are planning to cruise above 100kmph, because of vibrations.

Rear suspension is stiff. Little pot holes, you get through it but not the major ones.

Strell bro.. The vibration on old dominar starts at 4.5k.. Does the new one have vibration at the same rpm..
Didnt felt as early as 4.5k . But yes you can feel it from 6k onwards.

60-100kmph for city use and occasional long trips....is it any good?
In bumper to bumper city traffic this bike will make you feel its weight as it's really heavy. If you are okay with that then it's good. If you are looking for more options try FZ25.
