i got every single point that benefits exquisitive weavercloth bolt, got resourcefulness tool for unraveling and multicraft for the actual craft and this is negative in the craft itself, if you account for auction house fee. i think your pricesources may be fucked up by the 1 item undercuts. the real thing about this is realizing your gains from thraumaturge shuffle tbh we are at a state in the game where almost all people are better off setting up concentration alts and just log in every 4 days for two crafts and make their 10-15k for a minute of work, leveling is also super easy atm
Good video. You didn’t have resource tool on when you crafted your cuffs though. Also shattering an essence has no effect on disenchanting, DE is only affected by raw skill
Try 'Mass Salvage Assist' addon to mass unravel or do other crafts completely afk. Also 'custom Item notes' addon is so much qol improvement. I use it to store crafting prices of every item I craft and its accessible on all alts for cross realm trading or later when reposting to remember what crafting price was so you dont go into the red.
OOOOhhh thank you so much for sharing this info, I will check it out tomorrow and report on my findings. Really am thankful for this juicy bit of knowledge
why in the recipe tab it said profi "negative 39g" while if you scan the recipes it said average 15g profit, i found this problem too, nad doing the maths of this you will lose money, there is something am i missing?
To specifically talk about the negative 39 for the weave cloth: with the multicraft and resourcefulness stats from profession items and talents you have a chance to both save crafting materials and to get double/triple the amount of a crafted item etc or to get back a part of the crafting reagent so while the baseline profit is -39 if it produces 1 and uses all items it goes to +whatever depending on the materials saved or if it produces 2/3/4. The price in the black window is part of an add-on that calculates profit based off of the percentages you have in multicraft and resourcefulness, that’s why it’s positive while the actual game profit numbers is negative; cause that one only takes the auction house price for the item and calculates it against the cost of the materials used to craft it.
@@danielodonovan7017 we have the price I can craft if I use the lowest quality materials then we have the price which I can craft using the reagent optimization tab (rank 3) but for me to craft those I have to use better materials. That's why it shows profit in one box and negative in another. I'm crafting the profitable ones and ignoring the unprofitable ones. :) hope this clears it up a bit. Let me know if any questions
I used the TSM addon to get the prices from realms, added 12 EU realms, run recipe scan it shows an item with 220g profit, make sure its picking up current prices, still show 220g, check before crafting, in the auction house its selling for 127g, go through the videos again making sure its pulling current price from TSM, look at skills and then give up, it's a game I get it but throwing gold away, even in a game is not for me. I recently made another character on a full realm, trade chat zooming by, loaded up with 4 items before I finished posting all of them I was undercut on the first 2 orders, I relisted same again on the last 2 orders, the gold rush is over, the rush to push prices down is in full swing, posted items stop for teatime, came back to 260 items undercutting me, 15 mins thats all it took.
@Taz6688 So this is an interesting point and definitely something to bear in mind. These items are worked out based on you crafting a certain amount of them not crafting just one. This is going off multicrafting and resourcefulness so your chances of getting a multicraft or your chances of getting a resourcefulness. Based off this logic you need to craft a number of these items in order to get the profit. If you only craft one you could get unlucky and not make profit. For engineering, I do about 500 to 1,000 crafts each for certain items.
@@ErosiumTV I will craft anywhere between 100 - 500 items a time, but selling is the biggest problem, I can find putting 5 - 10 item for sale do-able, any more and its instantly undercut, if I put 500 or 1000 up it never sells it will be instantly undercut and lost in the auction house, I will craft in big numbers and bank them dipping in to sell, but only on things I get material back or proc multicrafts, for me procs and materials back is the only way to profit now, reminds me of alchemist transmutation when the batch only made profit when you proc'd 4 or 5 each time. The time and effort it took back then to skill up and get recipes, today everyone and his dog is doing the same in weeks.
Just wait till you discover the selling tab, wow. I do wonder how much editing there is, post an item, and before you can get to a post box and back your undercut, repost and your undercut as you post, people got some nice bot addons or spend all day just reposting.
Haha 😂 I am breaking out of old habits slowly but surely and using these other tabs. I'm stuck in my ways. My videos taken about 10 minutes to edit, I put way too little effort into editing and I often get told as much in the comments 😂 for me I just enjoy the recording and then wham bam thank you mam haha. Thanks for the comment dude! 🏆
considering that's a resource item, it's shared across ALL REALMS ON THE AH. making videos like this just shoves this method into a hole. you're not helping anybody with a guide like this, you're shining a light and telling the masses to come block it, ruining it for anybody who was already basking in it
