hey whats up! Love the Vids with the CC. I have a '11 CC 6-Speed Manual. Best car I've had. Theres so much unlocked potential in the VW CC. The CC has the most rigid chassis that VW makes. Couple that with the higher amounts of high strength aluminum components through-out, and the CC isn't just another sedan. A Few Things I recommend:
1. Go Fast Bit’s DV+ Diverter valve
2. Black Forest Industries Engine & Transmission Mount
3. SuperPro Bushing Kit “Street”
4.TyrolSport Subframe Collar Kit
5. IE Catch Can
6. South-Bend Racing Clutch Stage 2 “Daily”
*****MOST IMPORTANTLY*****
If you haven't done it yet, REPLACE YOUR TIMING CHAIN TENSIONER & TIMING CHAIN!!!
VW put a faulty tensioner in the late model cars. The original chain is prone to stretching, which can lead to the chain jumping off of the sprocket at higher RPMs. This can take out multiple valves with it, causing a pretty high cost repair.

That issue was fixed the second half of 2012. This car is a second gen 2013+.

Boosted MK6 I hear ya, but for double duty as a daily/track car I think he made the right choice. Not to mention K04 is practically instant spool. And to much power would make for more traction issues and probably not be as usable on track

It’s FWD so No point in having tons of power
I hear you guys but I’m on a GTX28 at 450whp and I have traction just fine in my GTI. I have full spool at 3300rpms.

I’ve got a CC with practically the same mods except I have an M Factory LSD. You need an LSD with these mods... makes a huge difference

A Performance VTEC intake manifold allows more air and fuel mixture breathability. Which like he said, adds roughly 40hp with the new k04 he’s putting on.
By itself no. But with the new turbo and ecu tune. Should get way more

Make sure you change your timing chain tensioner. My tsi just went at 60k miles all because of slack in the chain.
Thumbs up on this build as I'm doing the same thing to my GTI right now. Additionally, does every Integrated Engineering intercooler that cost $1,000 come with bent fins!!!!! YIKES!

This isn't supposed to be a hate comment or anything I just want to know. Why do this on a Volkswagen cc? Is there some special appeal for this car or is it a great tuner car?
Robotic Venom your fucking honda civics also aren‘t tuner cars. If somebody likes their CC let them build it. If someone likes smarts they should tune it. Not only the japan crap is a tuner car.
Robotic Venom i mean, i guess it depends on what you want to do, i have a buddy that has 411whp in a sonata 2.0t another with 300whp, it all depends if its the car you want to tune, cc are nice, i would tune it, im tuning my sonata 2.0t to see 300whp.
Turbonata !! Damn unless your some parts I'm sure that's a lot of stress on the turbos and engine but fuck it right! Cause even the professional hondata tune on the Accord 2.0t will hurt your reliability considerably. Damn that's so sick 411whp! That thing must be a major sleeper!
Robotic Venom ohh it is, fast sonata i think in the world, built biggee turbo by turbokits.com and suprisingly the turbos the sonata's have can pack a punch. The bottom block is the same as an evo so it holds, the 411whp im talking about is on a bigger turbo kit, completely stock internals and this all happened when the car already had 100+k miles, these cars are really underrated, the only thing that had to be upgraded was the transmission to hold the hp so it was "bulletproofed" by lvl 10 transmissions out in jersey to hold up to 600whp. The stock trans can hold 350whp with no problem. Hes been running this setup on stock internals for more than a year and still no problems.
Robotic Venom I’ve got a stage 2 cc and for me it’s the ability to have a super comfortable quite car that no one expects to move like it does. Downfall is they are fwd and they are not light cars. They look good and with a stage 1 tune I was walking in sti’s. Oh and if you behave you still get 30 mpg.

I’m curious to see how an automatic fwd sedan does on a road course. I see engine mods, brakes, wheels, tires, and camber plates. Will you be replacing your current suspension or keeping it? This is a VW/Audi car guys dream some true. I Can’t wait to see how it all comes together.

You need the Scirocco facelift steering wheel buttons in order to make the buttons on your new steering wheel to work. Since the Scirocco is still available and has gone through the latest update, it got all the fancy Golf Mk7 stuff and looks to it. That's why it will only work that way. You will lose the cruise control buttons, etc. But that is not gonna work on the current setup of the wheel tough. :)
The Wheel I got was plug and play. All buttons work except for cruise buttons. 👍🏼👍🏼

Hi there I'd love to intall the same steering wheel u put on you cc since I have a vw cc 2013 but I have couple question I hope u can help with clear those doubts I have fists thanks for this great videos and second is my CC has the cruise control on the side of the column and the .k7 GLI steering wheel has those control ok the steering wheel so which set of cruise control will continue working on the car the original or the one on the steering wheel....ill appreciate your help thank you so much

If the seats you ordered are cloth reulphoster them to red leather including back seats too cause it would look cool

Will you be doing a brake master cylinder “upgrade” (ttrs bmc) to cope with the higher fluid capacity of the 18z? I had a soft pedal with long pedal travel on my MK5 R on the standard bmc using those exact calipers
Give them the same finish as your new track wheels. Keep it simple and in silver tones. Definitely don't two-tone them. Gets tacky pretty fast (aka any given new VAG)
Interesting build ahead of you...keep the wheels as is imo; what is the poster hanging on the door? Did you do it yourself or buy it somewhere? I guess I missed the part with the tune/ecm flash or is that included with the ko4? Fun times ahead... 🏁
Any fuel system upgrade?? Stock fuel pump can’t handle that power
connor jones I think it’s fine on stock fuel pump it needs Audi s3 injectors or it would run lean.
I’ve got a stage 2 APR cc and it’s already having fuel issues. If you go to a k04 and stage 3 software, I’m pretty positive your gonna have fuel cuts on the stock one
connor jones I was just going off of a mk6 gti it’s the same engine but probably some differences but it wouldn’t be a bad idea to do a fuel system upgrade to be on the safe side
connor jones My brother had a mk7 gti with the is38 turbo from the golf r and he only did Audi R8 injectors
Be lucky to make 350 of standard fuel pumps, probably need low pressure and high pressure upgrades

Honestly for 15k you could have had way less parts if you would've went with APR. Saved a lot of space in the garage.
I think Anodized red finish for the wheels would look sexy on the silver body of your cc. But seeing the bright red brakes, idk how’d that was clash or not.

Oh. Also. I would go semi gloss gold with a brushed finish. However, I don't think that's a thing for what you have and more than likely unobtanium level expensive. Not calling out your price point or anything though.
