Just entered 2024 and I’m so excited because I’m about to buy my first ever brand new laptop! I have only ever had 1 hand me down that was made along time ago and is all crusty and broken! HP is so aesthetically pleasing and I cannot wait to buy mine

I have a macbook and windows laptop. I use my windows laptop more for Genshin Impact and because Im familar with windows. I bought a mac because i wanted to learn to familiarize myself with IOS. I own and HP Envy 17inch with a disk drive. I regret getting the disk drive though. I dont use it. Lol 😂 but i honestly cant wait until it ages out to get a different laptop because i tend to have problems with it at times. The power button sometimes sticks. Its about 3 years old now. So I want to get my best uses out of it for now. I dont like chrome or edge. Firefox for me.

And yeah having the power button sticking sounds annoying. It sounds just as annoying as having the mouse button stick lool. Yes it’s touch screen! Battery life is good but it really depends on your usage. I didn’t really game on it much to be honest apart from genshin and it was kinda laggy :( that game took a lot of gbs though
genshin impact my fav game :) ı was playing on my console but ı sold it and bought brand new laptop study for my University (Yks) Exam. (ı hope ı will succeed it 😌)

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. It’s the x360 convertible 14-dy0xxx series if I can remember. So it’s not pink although it would be so cute if it was! It’s a light silver but it probably reflected off my pink walls :)

I can’t really compare with the m1 MacBook Air since I’ve never used one before. The laptop I have is good, I’d say it’s okay for uni work that’s about it. Anything more than that will slow it down.
The hinges are great, they haven’t loosened up despite using it a lot. It doesn’t get hot, just warm and the built in fan cools it down. You’re welcome!

@@CherryHee. Yeah! Especially the side bar, side by side tab mode, and vertical tabs enable enormous level of multi-tasking for me! This is simply not possible with Chrome. What I did is, select Google instead of Bing for my search engine in Edge. Therefore, I enjoy the best of everything! I'm also safe from security breach issues as most focus on infiltrating Chrome, the browser with more users and less functionality lol. Edge is truly an underrated luxury. I would highly recommend you switch to Edge. Moreover, it's integrated with Windows so your multi-tasking is totally enhanced further. I would like to upgrade to the Pavilion x360 from my Acer Swift 3 2019, but I'm still deciding if HP is as good as Acer for longevity. Furthermore, I'm well-aware that the Pavilion's keyboard is quite cheap-like and finicky as opposed to my laptop's tactile and superb keyboard with amazing keycaps without that much overheating. I've heard that the Pavilion x360 14" overheats and the fan noise is upto 52 decibels according to Soul of Tech. So, please give me your brief and personal review of the Pavilion x360 14". : )
Hi. The laptop is really good no issues so far. The only thing is that it gets hot when doing work and there is an audible air noise as the laptop tries to cool down. Other than that it’s really good and I advise you buy it.

Hi! Yes it’s still doing fine. It can be a bit slow after booting up but that could just be because of too many files and downloads
