I have some doubts about on it.. That is..if incase we can connect the vehicle to the grid the grid it takes all the battery charging if suddenly the vehicle owner wants to go outside whats the solution to charge the vehicle immediately

There is a particular conditions based on battery state of charge and voltage value. If battery meets that then only it will give back power to grid or it will take from other vehicle.
