I figured out why it keeps de-sinking. My live cam was 720 @ 30fps. The game is 1080 @ 60. You can see the steering wheels slowly go in and out of sync.

I also was over-revving for no reason. when that tach shows green you can shift. Yellow then red is over-reving.
