The Akrapovic sounds nice . I fitted a full system Delkevic Mini 200mm Round Carbon Fibre Silencer a couple of weeks ago and running it without baffle , sounds like a monster now lol .
You should add that to the intro.

RoyalJordanian I'd recommend using Gaffer's Tape (sometimes called Racer's Tape) instead of Duct Tape, much nicer and cleaner to use on your plate :)

He has the mic on the side of the road but the video is from the camera on his helmet. A little confusing, but the audio is fine

I own an msx125 and i have to agree with RJ and say to anybody else, PLEASE if you get one, get new tyres for yours asap, i ride mine in all weathers and when it was damp my VeeRubbers (stock ones) were sliding all the time. No grip at all unless its dry!

Hello mr jordanian! I'm thinking about getting the akra full system for my grom 2015, like you have, but i'm wondering if i will need another map if i get the full system?
Hey RoyalJordanian I'm into sports bikes and I know that Tyga does a sports fairing kit for the MSX to make it look like a sports bike, do you think that this would be a good first bike to learn on with that kit installed for someone of an average height? I'm about 5 ft 10, if anyone can help I'd be grateful.

Put a nicer bar on it, like a renthal pitbike or something like that if you can. It'd look much better IMO. The stock one looks like a bicycle bar.
Hey RJ. I am considering getting the yellow grom when I start university in september. You've shown it's an amazing urban bike but is it as good out of towns as it is in them? The route to the campus goes through the countryside a way before having to go through the centre of Cheltenham so a bike that could do both would be amazing! It's this or the cbf but this looks like so much fun! :D
Hi, do the ASV C5 levers do anything really for the clutch friction zone? Stocks Groms old and new the clutch lever is mostly all the way out before it engages, which can lead to lots of stalls. Especially for the new riders the bike is mainly intended for. Thanks.

The stock tyres are crap I've been riding mine now for 2 months with them there not appalling in the dry but have had a few slips, however in the wet it's like riding on ice with a flat.

When will you install big bore kit? Did you feel any power increase after mounting akrap and airbox mod? No need for a ecu remap?
Konrad Wilusz When she has at least 1000 miles on the engine, currently at 400. Can't quantify any power increase, but the pickup from standstill is much better.

I'm thinking of buying a Grom for mainly transportation and also for fun. What's the top speed of one, if it can go around 60 top that would be great.
Stock: probably 60-65 modified: (with other exhaust etc.) probably 70-75

You can get hearing damage from 85db+. At 125db the loudness starts to hurt. pretty worried about bikes being this loud. already said this to the nuda measurement...

In sound if you take a dB reading at a specified distance and then double the distance the level will be 1/2 of the original reading or -3dB less.

hey rj which version of the airbox mod did you do? did you remove the internals and the external snokel? or keep the external snokel due to rain ?
Removed the internal restrictor, K&N filter and rotated the snorkel 180 degrees so that it does not suck hot air while at a stop which bogs the bike down for the first couple of metres.
RoyalJordanian did you have to drill any holes in? I watched an American chap drill holes in the plastic surround. Also does the bike require a remap with the new exhaust and filter?
