I just come to watch your videos because I miss the sound of my UCE Electra 350 engine - now sold. The Himalayan doesn't make the same sound. Your 500 brings back the aural memories if my Electra
Frankly, I don't see how Cornwall can lose this - especially if you change the judging criteria to include water poisonings. Lovely, informative video and ride as usual.
Very interesting video. Narrow streets I always find interesting I find it odd there is nowhere to pull off the road shoulder of any kind. The county side is beautiful. I saw similar roads when I drove in Germany a few years ago. Living in Canada you just get used to having very wide roads. Thanks for taking us along.
Thank you! I suppose I don’t know any different. The major roads have what we call lay-bys But if you have to stop on a road like this you just find a field gateway. This isn’t what we would consider narrow. Some of the country lanes, you would struggle to pass another oncoming bike 😮
Greetings from Derbyshire! I'm stuck at home and between wife, kids and work I don't get the chance to travel or go and ride as I would like. It's become my relaxing evening treat to see new roads and gets as close as I'm going to get. Love the sound of the engine and relaxed driving! How I ride - to enjoy the journey! Keep up the great work! 👍👍
Nice road, can remember the water poisoning in Camelford. Think the last time I was riding in that area we were riding up the coast, Tintagel and Boscastle....... bet those areas are getting busy with tourists again
That’s a lovely area to ride. I haven’t ventured to the coast for a couple of weeks, but judging by the traffic on the main roads I suspect you’re right. Thanks for watching 👍🏼
You might be interested in ‘The dog house’ channel. Taking old Royal Endfield’s apart and fixing them. Nice channel. I’m from West Somerset, just found you. 👍
Yep enjoyed this video like the last .... gripping who will win Devon's roads or Cornwall's....I think Cornwall will win.... But I'll just have to wait to find out. Bye stuart 🙂
Hi Stuart. I'm glad you liked it. I had some concerns over this, and the next one being a bit boring. Even I don't who's going to win. Exciting eh :) Take care Jeff
Friggin hilarious! Camelford IQ of 39! You'll never be able to go back there again lol. See tool of choice is the Enfield. Great roads and ride. How many miles you upto? Trying to get to first service on my interceptor but every time I open the garage I'm drawn to the classic 500. It's so addictive. BTW, you had any warranty issues?
Haha I know, I’m going to avoid the area for a while. Just over 1’500 on the bike now. There is definitely something about the Classic that always leaves me wanting more. Glad it’s not just me. No issues with the bike so far. Apart from it started cutting out the other day, which I suspected was the spark plug. Found the O2 sensor was lose, and it’s been fine since. You having problems?
@@Saddlebags73 Thanks. No🤞 no issues so far only on 377 but will break through 400 today. Running very very slightly better each ride. Research suggests these bikes need plenty of heat cycles.
That's a fair comment. I've been paranoid about wind noise, but some people are saying it isn't bad. So I'll see how it goes without music, and save it for drone/time warp footage. Next weeks vid is already uploaded so can't do much about that one. Thanks for the feedback!
very nice !!!
Moto Tom thank you 😊
Interesting information along with beautiful landscapes 🙌
Thank you very much 👍🏼
What a cruiser
I'm here having a look because of a shout out this morning from Exeter Rider. He was correct. Good video.
Ah nice one, thank you very much! Exeter Rider has been really helpful 👍🏼

I’m sorry for your loss! But the Himalayan is still fun I’m sure 👍🏼

Try Lynmouth to Minehead. Fantastic ride
Yes I rode from Barnstaple to Minehead in Round 1, and it was absolutely stunning. Lynmouth is a gorgeous place for a rest stop.

That’s good. Yes lots of shortish rides and cooling periods for the first few hundred miles. That’s what I did anyway.
Have fun and stay safe 👍🏼
love your vidios mate but lose the music.just need to hear the thump.ride safe
