- Nestled in the heart of Teton Valley, Wyoming, at the base of the majestic Teton Mountain Range, the historic 389 acre VandeWater Ranch is truly one of the most pristine and beautiful ranches in the Jackson Hole Valley.
This exclusive offering represents a rare and perhaps once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the legacy ranch buyer to own a piece of true Wyoming history.

I worked on the crew that built the ranch house for the VandeWaters in the early nineties. They were great people. It seems as though the kids who have inherited most of these homesteads put them up for sale. I guess it's hard to deal with the taxes when the property values have gotten so high. Jackson Hole has changed so much from my days there. It was a paradise with a small population where everybody knew each other.
It's all about the rich man's club now I made my first trip out west to Wyoming in 1995 Jackson Hole somebody told me millionaires got pushed out by the billionaires
I miss Wyoming too. The place I own outside of Cheyenne had a nice house, 10 acres, barn and plenty of pens. Paid $120,000.00 back in the 80's. Would like to move back to Wyoming and out of the hell hole near Jackson, MS. A like place I own in WY now cost near $400,000.00. Retirement and age has got the best of me. Wyoming where memories are made!
Wow beautiful place
Gorgeous property! I miss my Wyoming. I bet this company is asking millions.
nareszcie znalazlem swoj ulubiony kanal gdzie nie ma wrzutki o przyglupie w brylach
Interesting how many ranches are up for sale all over the West, makes me wonder and ask myself why?
So, this has been broken up and sold down to there being only 100 acres left. So Sad!
Beautiful property but the sound is so low I was not able to hear most of what the man was saying.
What a gorgeous place - I hope they don't break it up one day and build houses all over the place - that would be a travesty.
6 years old now ? why don't you say sold or not ?
ok
Difficult to understand narrator. Too much treble.
