@@xristoc1 Το έχουμε δουλέψει μέρχι και 1x19 + 2x17.5 με 7.5 βέργα.
Εμείς αυτό που προτείνουμε και αυτό που χρησιμοποιώ και εγώ είναι
1x19 + 2x16 με 7.5 βέργα.

Καλή δουλειά πάνω στο όπλο,ίσως πρέπει να αλλάξετε το λογότυπο όσον αφορά το μέγεθος ή να το κάνετε να πιάνει από ποιο μπροστά με λεπτά χαρακτηριστικά. Επίσης κοιτάξτε να το κάνετε ποιο προσιτό προς τον κόσμο(εμένα τουλάχιστον η τιμή με κρατάει μακριά)καθαρά δικη μου άποψη. Μπράβο πάντως πολύ προσεγμένη δουλειά!

Hi. Laminating thinner pieces instead of using one thicker piece minimizes the chances of the wood warping after it is given the desired shape.

Until we will find a cnc that selects the wood blanks, prepares them and laminates them, creates and tests the designs, mixes the resin, machines everything, applies the finish, assembles everything and balances the speargun in the water to have it ready for delivery, while we are drinking mochitos on a beach in Hawaii the title will stay "How WE build the invert roller speargun..." 😉

i live in Egypt and i spearfishing for years with OMER Cayman HF 3D 90Cm speargun , i liked your speargun V. much
my Omer was smuggled out of the airport inspection as a drug are sumuggled
spearfishing and offcorrs buying or bringing speargun from abroad is unleagle so makining it with CNC router is an inccredible solution
So is there a software i can download or can i buy a copy of basic wooden speargun program to use it with CNC router here in cairo!!

I am sorry about your situation there. You can use Fusion360 which has a free version too. But you need to take the time and design you own speargun.

Πολύ όμορφη κατασκευη. Πραγματικά τέλειο αποτέλεσμα. Τι διάμετρο είναι το ballnose για το φινίρισμα και τι stepover? Θα ήθελα και γω να βγάζω τέτοια τελική επιφάνεια σε ό,τι φτιάχννω. Ευχαριστώ!
Ευχαριστούμε. Το ball είναι 8mm και στο φινίρισμα το δουλεύουμε με 0.5mm stepover.

Απίστευτη δουλειά απίστευτο βίντεο απίστευτο όπλο … υπάρχει περίπτωση να βγάλετε και κάτι ποιο απλό ας πούμε τύπου 80-90 απλό όχι ρολερ ;

Καλησπερα, σκεφτομαι να αγορασω και εγω το kit απο εσας ωστε να κατασκευασω στο cnc ενα παρομοιο οπλο υπαρχει κατι συγγεκριμενο ως προς το σχημα και το βαρος που πρεπει να προσεξω, καταλαβαινω εαν δεν μπορειτε να μοιραστειτε λεπτομεριες. Ευχαριστω!

What do you use to glue the teak pieces together?
We use epoxy resin designed for marine use.
@@AndrianBLUE for what is botom cover? Its like air chamber for balance but ther is no seal?
@@Vbokisha it is a compartment to add lead pieces to balance the speargun
@@AndrianBLUE i tryed to replicate your gun..(hope you dont mind) Handmade. Its prototipe i did'nt use ceramic bearings. Just platic over shaft...ill see how long it will last. 2x2 /16mm rubrers still did'nt try it undewater. We don't have sea! P.S. next time i go to greece il try spearfishing for the first time and test the gun.

Hi. It is not a matter of better or worse. It is a matter of preference. Both materials if used properly can give you a great speargun. It is more important if the design of the speargun is good and if the materials where used properly than if the speargun is from wood or carbon fiber.

what's your point? if the CNC does the job better what does easy mean? CNC : consistency in quality and precision on every peace. Hand shaped: stone age

amazing work but how It will look after one year of use? wood looks very cool but carbon is more practice?
Thank you Serge! Well it depends on the use. It also depends on the finish someone chooses. Teak oil finish is more easily maintained but needs to be addressed more often. Epoxy finish is longer lasting but when it needs to be refinished it is harder. Carbon fiber is in our future plans! But I think it is as easily scratched as a wooden speargun with epoxy finish. If you see how my carbon fiber fins are after a couple of years of use you will understand...

Tha's a beautiful speargun but you do have one big problem with the handle that I'm sure you've had to address with customers in your production. Sure I don't need to tell you what it is. Beautiful workmanship and precision either way.
