Dave your a boss! Will you be at orp or the ridge this year? Also I asked you once but what's the amount of sag you should aim for with supermoto forks?
hello Dave .. i live in Bahia Blanca Argentina i need if is possible any initial setup for ayamaha R6 2009 for track for a circuits . actual setup is standard position in general... thanks i like the all the videos ...that was amazing !!!
misterwipedown, where are you? I've asked Dave this as well. Let's try to set something up. I'm in gaithersburg, MD and my local track is summit point, but beaver run and njmp (thunderbolt/ lightning) are close too~4hrs. VIR is almost 6 hours. Where are you? Both my local shops i believe work with RaceTech tho so not sure how open they will be to the idea but i'll ask.
MotoBoy well if that's what you were told then I'm sorry. You were misinformed. Street tires tend to use more silica in the tires. Look it up. I have personal experience with it. Have used an infrared temperature sensor to prove it. Temps drop quick after warming up.
Wow, that was impressive. I need to find someone like you around my area!

This doesn’t get enough credit ! Fantastic tuning !
Dave is extremely familiar with the present R6 so he knows all the top out sag numbers in his head.
that was some PROPER skills!!!
That was amazing!
Hi Dave great vids ,on this one when checking sag you didn't top out the suspension as you did in other vids ?

I believe street tires warm up more quickly, no? OnTheThrottle.TV
Nope. They take forever to warm up and they don't stay warmed up either
lol no they don't

Yes, silica means tires drop temp quickly BUT ALSO warm up equally quickly. This is what street tires are designed for.
Street tires heat up quickly.
If they didn't you would be in a lot of trouble every ride.
Just like that huh!
How much does this cost?
