After lots of beer, bad food, bad sleep, cigs now and then.............the weather is good and decided to ride the bike. So today I hiked the dog a few miles, then napped, then lightly rode bike for 30 minutes. After riding I was just nauseated and light headed for about 30 minutes. Pretty normal after not working out for so long? I’ve never gone that long. Normal? Getting used to higher oxygen again, blood pressure changes...?
