Ok👍👍👍
Hey Chad , u are now in my neck of the woods , Ive a condo in Paranaque
just a bit south of the Airport , sadly due to travel restrictions Ive not been
there for a couple of years . Lovely place and people though .
Dammit i missed the im moving to the Philis video lol
ok♥️♥️♥️👍
I think you should cover Owner Type Jeeps (OTJ)
Man I remember when CB had like 10K subs, this man put in that work during the whole pandemic and blew up.
Same bro massive respect to cb media ❤️
As a pinoy who lives in the US and love muscle cars, around early 2010, I remember riding in a bus in the Philippines when it overtook a flatbed truck. On top was a 64-67 corvette. It wasn't a 63 split window. It needed restoration, but seeing one over there was amazing for me as those years of corvette are my favorite.
Really love your channel chad, u did bring our southeast asia car culture to the rest of the world. Love from north borneo 🇲🇾
It's been about 12 years since I have been to Manila... My my how things have changed!
Trust me i was ther last month its still a cess pit.
Welcome to Philippines, enjoy the vibe! 🇵🇭💗
Keith seems very down to earth guy. Love seeing people with passion for something get recognition!
You should check out the Aurelio in the Philippines. It’s the first Philippines made super car and it looks sick. Idk if I’d actually consider it a super car but it’s right up your alley.
There for a minute I didn’t think we were gonna get a video this week 🥺😂😂 but thankfully you came through for us Chad🤘🏼🤘🏼! Keep up the amazing work man your a highlight of my weekend 💯💪🏼
Pinoy here! Glad you're enjoying the Philippines so far. Thank you for featuring the luxurious car scene in the hiso parts of the country. Those beastly cars are really nice to look at! The GT is a dream.
I love the Philippines I lived there for 4.5yrs. Go to the Petron next the the Levels Condo in Filinvest Alabang on a Sunday morning there is usually a bunch of suoercars and other sweet rides but you have to be early like 7 or 8am otherwise there off for a Cruz on the SLEX.
I think I prefer Manila to Bangkok these days. The food has improved greatly lately.
I love the Philippines. They are such wonderful people
No we're not. I know you're just only saying that so you can screw hookers.🤣🤣
Nope we dont
@@zerosixteen.4644 no one asked

@@zerosixteen.4644 Bruh, is this the most brain dead comment or nah? 💀
Bro I can’t believe u came so far from less then 5k subs to over 400k and u did it mainly of a fucking phone lol! Super proud of u brother ! Been here from the beginning! Can’t wait to see u at 1.5 million!
If your asking about JEEPNEY RACER I know some but that's 15 years ago in metro Manila. A friend of mind told me there was a city every year conducted DRAG RACING from cars to jeepney to motorcycle even tricycle. The PATOK (jeepney route Montalban-Cubao) vs the HATAW (route Novaliches-Blumentritt) was the one most anticipated JEEPNEY drag race!
Jeepney drivers from that route are awesome. They can maneuver even in a tight space while collecting your fare (Given he doesn't have any assistant). They also have their trademark loud upbeat music while driving at maximum speed.
Hey Chad it's cool seeing you went to the Philippines. Eastwood City is also a nice area to checkout in Pasig , Makati is abit more business oriented and you will from the longer you stay , the more cool stuff you will find! Mabuhay!
from japan to philippiness, i still support cb media love from philippines 🇵🇭
Have a great time in the Philippines 🇵🇭! Thank you for visiting and sharing your experience.
Right on Chad. Car culture is and has always been huge with Filipinos so I'm sure you can get a ton of content there. Plus everyone speaks English 😁. From the heavily tattooed Filipino guy you met in Pattaya 😁🇵🇭✌️
Wat car culture??? Rice culture..yes.thers no money there its a shitehole
almost as huge as poverty and child starvation?
@@cristiethatcher4884 What are you talking about? Chad just rode in a 600 whp GT-R. "No money"? You must be blind.
@@cristiethatcher4884 this guy thinks that in the PH you'll only see ricers think again lol
Allot of wealthy Mofoes in the P.I. !
The Philippines is somewhere I have always wanted to see. Would even move there now that the kids are older.
Baguio City ftw. The landscape does resembles on scale of forest of Europe with green hills.
Plans for me to go there by next year.
Haven't been there for ages but I bet its worthwhile hiking in the Mountain Province as well as Strawberry farms.
hi im from philippines and im 14 hope you can visit
trust me, don't.
You can Visit, yes. Stay for Good? NO! Unless you are hiding from the law or incredibly rich.
Sightseeing here is amazing but living here is a big nono.
Nice video as usual. In most countries the result of spending a lots of money behind cars and customization is roughly the same. In the Philippines you should explore the innovation, art, and wizzardry that's born of a lack of money.
Can't wait to see the Jeepney race. You might want to look at the manufacture of tricycles. You may even come across some very interesting pump boats.
Hey CB Media, you should consider checking the Car Collection of one of my favorite car enthusiast in the Philippines, Ms. Angie Mead King, it will be insane 🔥
Chad talking about Lambo's
Me: " oh look, a Suzuki Jimny!"
You know; I really enjoy your channel and probably should have posted this a while ago. Your content is smooth and different. I love what you cover as well. Keep on keeping on man and Ty.
2:17 my dad owns that Silvia and it has been there since March 31 they say the issue is the electrical but it is solved now and just waiting to be picked up and also I have a job there being a total worker and earning the respect of all the mechanics there by changing 2 exhausts already
Lived as a kid in the Philippines in 67/68.
Even way back then the Jeepney's were EVERYWHERE....and spectacular.
Love your videos man!
The Philippines is amazing
Quezon City is where my stepmom is from. I've always heard it as a good place to be based out of in Phillipines but also i've read its changed alot in recent decades.
if you like jeepneys that much, you may also like owner type jeeps (commonly called as "tamiya jeeps") that's slammed and packing different kinds of engines from 4age, 4g63, RB and 2j.
7:47 Custom jeepneys that are privately used are called Owner Type jeeps/Tikya/Tamiya tikya. Often consists of Full stainless body and a 4k Toyota Engine. Those jeepneys you saw are for Public or utility use (Those LOOOOOONG Jeeps). Also all of the Jeepney youll see in the Philippines are all Custom, Unique, every one of them. There are those who lost their minds and put a 4AGE engine.
There’s a shop in Angeles City that do awesome rebuild on mustangs. On Clarke. You’d love it.
Angeles City was the first place we ever lived before my dad got on base housing at Clark.
small world
good times
Lot's of old school muscle cars still around the Clark Base. G.I.s bought them, raced them and left them there when they returned State-side.
man, id wanna see an LS swapped jeepney
just the opening of this video has left me speechless. i did not imagine manila to be this way. this place is awesome!!!
Manila itself isn't that big or super nice, its the surrounding metro area. Makati and Quezon City that are nice.
Hey Chad, good to see you back in Asia. It’s your home buddy. You channel is more appreciated here . And we all know you luv it. 🍻🇹🇭🙏
As a foreigner I agree. Bgc and. The. Nlex toll highway north to Clark is amazing for driving fast bikes and cars. If you love to customize cars or motorcycles Philippines has a great motor culture.
To be honest, I really don't care about cars. I watch you because you present really well and get into places rarely seen by regular folks. And your level of knowledge on your chosen passion really shines through.
Yes Chad, please move to the Philippines. The thing is, there are so many western bloggers in Thailand, Singapore, Japan and so on, but I can't find any who are permanently based in the Philippines. Oh there is a married couple, but all they do is mostly go to restaurants. 🤔
There are lots of foreign vloggers based in the Philippines ranging from diff topics. From travel, to food to everyday normal life, etc.
@boy banat he already left the country. Stop making suggestions he's not interested in. Cars interest nya di travel vlogging.
honestly philippines is quite dangerous for foreigner especially white people
That protective shield is so keep spit particles from reaching him man not from air getting inside…
Bro, we need a CB Media x Philippines merch.
You should go check the tamiya owner type jeepneys
Thanks, Keith for the invite with the cameras for us RUclipsrs , great looking shop, that's r35 sounds perfect
0:51 you're wrong. The 1% lives in Forbes Park, Urdaneta Village and Dasmarinas all inside MAKATI city, not in BGC. BGC is more like a residential park for the middle to upper middle class and mostly live in condominiums only. The places I mentioned in Makati city live in mansions, not condominium. If you google these places, street views in google map are restricted.
Shoutout from the Philippines!!! Been a long time subscriber here!
Chad you rock! Love the channel and content! I'm here for the algorithm! Peace
Great video Chad 👍. Really impressed with the car scene there in Manila.
I’m happy you found Keith! I’ve followed him for a long time on Instagram! Great video!
i was here since 10k subs! now congrats. close to 500k subs
If you're looking for customized jeepneys you should go visit Milwaukee Jeepney in Cavite, there you'll see some of the weirdest yet clean Jeepney builds.
Chad, there's a cool company in the Philippines producing ww2 jeeps that might be interesting. It's called MD Juan.
Awesome, loved every bit of the video.
Like the jeepnies, we have something similar here in India, within the commercial segment by a company called: Force and the product is Trax Cruiser and Trax Toofan.
That was cool, that Ford GT was awesome. The new Ford GT is built in Markham Ontario, Canada. Thankyou
@Chad, what color is the R8? I was looking for different shades of green for my TT RS. This green is what I was looking for. All the other greens, like the Porsche Dark Olive or Audi's, don't match the TT RS. But this one does. Damn it. I need this!
Went there for vacation back in Feb. We were in a cab and something loud was approaching from behind us, before I could turn my head a Lamborghini Aventador came flying by at high speed. They have more supercars there than here in Canada, mostly in the BGC area.
Bgc big difference night and day compared to manila i have been there the few times
A month ago in were I'm from there was a lambo svj and a Ferrari pista are cruising in illegan from kagayan like everyone was surprised and my classmates were too
This GTR sound is why I love cars
If you're interested in the 'performance' oriented jeepneys, i suggest you check those that ply the routes of Novaliches - Blumentritt & Cubao - Antipolo.
Next come to malaysia to see their car scene!! youd be amazed by their engine swaps and EVO 3 converts body swaps
Hello, Chad. Glad to see you here in PH.
I love the Philippines mate and the jeepneys are awesome. I'm sure most people see a jeepney as a symbol of the Philippines and so it should be. Cheers.
I think of the Ferrari dealership and the F1 Hotel. I will likely be moving to Makati in the future. Manila is an awesome city.
Awesome video yet again man! Is there a Drag Jeepney CB Media shirt in our future!?
When you first said it was weird the Escalade was there, it reminded me of Gone in 60 Seconds when the cop goes to the shop and sees all the fancy cars and they have that basic Caddy.
that suzuki jimny @0:58 is so nice!!
Great video Chad!! As always!
❤️❤️❤️🇵🇭🇺🇸
Try to look at these Jeepney's here in Davao City Chad. There's a bunch of modified Jeepney's here. They called it "Uso-uso"
Bro please cover Aurelio cars, it's a supercar made in the Philippines though they use already built engines and give a completely new body. Check it out
I wish more of the Philippines would get into motorsports. I recently moved here and would love to watch some action.
We used to have it here 1960s 1970s international grandprix at luneta,Clark ortigas etc foreign and local race car drivers it disappeared..A Japanese firm I heard is building an international race track near the new international Airport which being build in Bulacan
I have to agree with you with the Ford GT. What a beast! And its design is timeless!
Look who's here! Welcome to manila! Hope to see you around!
Good Day Chad many things to see in the Philippines:
One of the largest OEM manufacturer of Willy's Jeeps - MD Jeepstar
Hand made cystom low rider bicycles
Tiny souped up motorcycle drag racing & custom bikes
Drifting with R33 crew
Serious off roading & monster trucks
One of the world's biggest car restoration shops, Subic bay. Cars are brought in, restored then exported after Filipinos put their magical hands on rare beauties!
Jeeps made of 100% stainless steel bodies modified engines etc etc etc
Look for Lester Dizon - he can show you a few places
And ex JDM/Japan surplus trucks too, converted to LHD
So if you're staying there... what's happening with the boat? Thaitanic?
Thats how he got there ....... only a short hop in a fast boat like that !!
Now I need to enter the Thaitanic contest now you are in the Philippines. There are some great rivers in Pangasinan. North of Clark by one hour.
My car ppl. The phillipines is still pretty wild and lets say less regulated than other lhd countries.
Theres 100 octane called blaze at the pump at petron. Way higher than the 93 premium in states. Everything is high compression here so the octane sold starts at 95, mid grade 97 and the highest 100 octane. Only the more distilled racing fuels are higher sunoco 106 vp racing 110 and 116
Its the worlds most underrated secret to live and be a car enthusiast here. Your car wont really rust there, many classic cars from the early 80s and 70s jdm datsun over there living is cheap and there's both mountains and beaches to drive around to.
Nothing close to the col in America, still lhd, so almost the same cars, just more jdm and usually only American cars there are the best ones. And better food
I do not have the full information but if you want to see jeepneys with turbos and doing racing, you'll find them in Batangas. I have a church mate here in the Cayman islands and his turbo diesel jeepney is into racing.
Go to Cebu city, you can see a lot of Customized or artful / creatively done Jeepneys, they really look nice and colorful.
Yeah Bro! Awesome! Welcome to the Philippines!
LETS GOOOO AMAZING VIDEO!!! 💙🔥🔥🔥🔥
Dude was cool for sure. Glad he invited you to check out his shop! Id be down to watch a jeep/bus race. Hell any racing id watch it! Keep up the great work!
welcome to my home country my bortha!!!!!! on my way to your store riight now to buy merch!!! thank you for visiting the islands
Cool vid dude. How much are car taxes there ?
Nice to know the wealthy class are alive and well in the philippines.
There was no reason to talk about the taxi cab driver tho like it was supposed to be funny
yes finally chad u made it i was really hoping for this to happened... go in clarck pampangga too the scene over there is fire.
drag jeepney? that would be cool on drag strip. there are jeepney races happening but in a small events. check the jeepney in cubao- montalban route. they are usually in cubao area. you might even saw lowered jeepney.
The plastic doesn’t need to be airtight. It just needs to stop exhaled droplets.
All the love from Japan! Respect to the pinoy tuners!
You are going to have a BLAST
ALL of your rides are going to be like that
ENJOY
I can't wait
Hey Chad, check out the the old WW ll Willy’s Jeeps that have been converted to all stainless steel if you get a chance !
100% agree i love seeing the car scene in different countries.
Please check the jeepney at rizal . Rizal has the best jeepney in the Philippines
if ur into old school..theres always a meet up of mitsubishi lancer boxtype 80s model and beyond every sat night at shell congressional...just chillin in the night...i come there sometimes if im free :)
GO to iloilo city , they drag race jeepneys there and they look modern.
You should feature the Philippines car cultures like Tamiya Jeeps
As a 23 yr old living in the PH since birth, I didn't even knew that there was a Clark International Speedway. Guess I learned something today. Ty.
Great video - I really enjoyed the BGC explanation.
im so glad you're here in our country! welcome
More brilliant Content Chad👍🇬🇧
Look for "Patok" jeepneys that ply the Marikina route.
I didn’t expect that to go that fast after you said it had 600hp. Sounded great also.
