@@FireAlarmDude5967hey I’m trying to install a EOL resistor on the system sensor Spectre alert, classic how do I do that because you know how hard they can be to wire up and confusing because they’re 4 wire I need it for my fire alarm system
anyway good system also im subbing and buying the Old Faraday Fire Alarms off ebay and for the newer alarms I'm buying FCI HE-8F-FTW as they look alike
I’m not sure if 24v would damage the speakers but whatever the wattage of the panel is for speakers is probably high if each speaker has a transformer so i could see that damaging the horns
Do a System Test of Simplex 4903-9153, 4903-9252, and have a 4903-9196 in the Fire Museum. Make sure these are Freerun and not SmartSync or have a switch
Ok for notifier system you need notifier voice evac same thing with system sensor and gentex speaker strobes. Because those are honeywell brand. And next you need to put on gentex and system sensor sync program.
You don’t actually have to pull wires out of that particular panel, you can just remove the terminals as they simply unplug, unlike lots of other units.
In this case I’m moving the cables to a separate connection so I need to remove them anyways. In general I try not to pull the blocks though. Constantly pulling at the terminal blocks will eventually lead to separation from the board which is a much more annoying issue.
@@FireAlarmDude5967 not if you separate them with a small screw driver like a pry bar they unsnap easily and no damage done to the terminal blocks and i install them for a living so i know:)

I love your Videos! I imagine making awesome Systems like yours in My House someday!
u should do this for every system test love these vids!
Although I’m not the biggest Honeywell fan, this looks like it’s going to be a cool system! I especially like the “Alert” speaker/strobe.
Just imagine someone in the high-pitched voice saying, Yahh Notify!
This should look good on the next system test!

You should do a video about putting new devices outside
I don’t plan on expanding the current outdoor portion
