I used to stay at a hotel with my family and the place mostly has SpectrAlert Classics with one Advance in the pool area all paired with first gen BG-12’s.

The advanced is one we have in school and it’s so loud when a drill start after the first ring they have to silence it immediately since the rooms are a little small
Wow! Seeing how loud the spectralert advanced is makes my glad that my high school advanced/L series alarms aren't horn strobes. They are all speaker strobes (mostly ceiling mount but there are some wall mount with the L series alarms being newer installs)and before anyone asks. No there's no voice evac. The amplifier controlling the speakers is set to code 3

Yeah, the SpectrAlert classic is what my school had. I remember being terrified of fire drills because of how loud it was! Weirdly enough, I was fine once it was going, but that initial moment and the anticipation of it is what got me. My mom was a teacher at that school, so she always knew when a drill was coming up, and would tell me thinking that knowing about it beforehand would help. I think that actually made it worse, honestly lol

We have the system sensor spectral alerts at my middle school. I'm pretty sure when we do our first real fire drill it's going to be loud, and I mean very loud
I had a first gen spectra alert p2r and I put it on high volume continuous and activated it outside my house

When system sensor released the SpectrAlert Classic series in 1997, they didn’t just have a wall mount version, they also came In a ceiling mount version, but only fixed candela the ceiling mount SpectrAlert classic never came in multi candela and the SpectrAlert Classic series never came in a weatherproof model
The Spectralert Classic did have a wall mount weather-rated version. I've seen one before, a P241575K to be specific.

I hate advances, the classic is nice but was sadly drowned out.

I idea you system test 24 with the ADT Unimode 10UD Panel Which Is Wheelock & Simplex
So for notifications will be 2901-9838 On The Strobe Plate
And For The Wheelock Alarm Will Be The Wheelock 7002T-24 Horn Strobe
And for pull stations you should do Both T-Bar Alarms So The Pull Station On the Left The Simplex 2099-9754
And On The Right For The Pull Station Is A T-Bar Pull Station With The Lift Part Where You Lift Then Pulp
And you should do the duct detector key switch and the fire drill switch

Not sure if you know this, but on the ANN-80, you can actually disable the key lock through the panel settings, this makes it so you won’t need the key to use the buttons, you can also disable certain things like the piezo, different buttons and more, just saying that for future use in case you somehow lose all your fire lite keys or don’t feel like looking for it
