- In my system test series, I demonstrate different fire alarm devices with different fire alarm control panels. In this video, I demonstrate a variety of different devices on my ADT Unimode MS-10UD (Fire-Lite MS-10UD) conventional fire alarm control panel. The nurse call stations will be tested in the next test. Forgot to test those.

That’s not a smoke detector it’s a heat detector
I've watched this video atleast 5 times, and I have been watching your channel for a couple of years, and I never realized that in this video you were in a garage, which makes the alarms louder (most of the time)

I don't know why I'm watching this. None of this has anything to do with what I like. But I find it entertaining and interesting.
Security guard from Canada here. The reset switch can't be used without an acknowledgement because of NFPA guidelines so that the system isn't reset before a competent authority checks it. Also system trouble alerts have to be acknowledged every 24 hours in order to use the panel / signal silence. Or so I was told by an alarm tech and a fire captain when I answered an alarm call after hours. (Building maintenance forgot to acknowledge the system trouble before they left for the night. (Faulty sprinkler flow detector) Alarm monitoring dispatcher forgot to check the bypass notes too. Fun times.

Nice! Love the new blue pulls! I know you’re probably slammed with requests, so don’t feel obligated if your busy, but I remember you got some of those Gentex speaker strobes that had both a fire and alert strobe on one adapter plate. They use them at military bases and stuff. Sure would be neat to see one of those!
