Hi Debbie. I am a 10 year breast cancer survivor. These ribbons are amazing! I am definitely making one. These have significant meaning to me and I suppose as well as anyone who has been afflicted or has family, friends or loved ones whose lives has been altered by this horribly devastating disease. Thank you for sharing this personal part of your life. So many of us can relate. You are awesome and you have been blessed with an abundance of creative talent. Sorry for the loss of ur mum,I to lost my momma in 2019 to thyroid cancer I and my daughter are both cancer survivors
Both of us had cervical cancer and I had a tumor last year that was cancerous but they got it all
I will be definitely making this one to put in momma shelf and one for me and my daughter

This ribbon is beautiful. I had to check the dates. Your Mom was born 1 year and 1 day after me. Cancer is evil, and I have lost many friends from it.
Thank you 🙏, you are right, I really dislike that word and it seems we hear more and more of it. My mom was too young and still had many years to go, it was unexpected of her passing. I find you really have to keep on top of your health and advocate to your doctor. Doctors are not like they use to be. Have a great day Sue 😊❤️

out of curiosity would it help to use a pastry bag to fill the cracks to make it smooth?
You could, I don't bake but I just use the knife and I find it's easier to spread on a flat surface. With the bag, you may waste but you could try it, let me know how it works 😃
