I usually act out the main part in every song (, in this case, it’s Philip.) I only cry during this song if I’m watching the musical or actin* out Philip in particular.
This song is just hreatbreaking....Eliza and Alex are divorced....their son died....talk about going through a personal hell. I BALLED MY EYES OUT WHEN ELIZA AND PHILLIP COUNTED IN FRENCH!
